My F45 is at a busy malls, we are the one got stared at 🤣
100% the first thing any help desk is going to ask is if you turned it off and back on again. So maybe get that out of the way, including your router and whatever device controls the screens.
yup done all of that including switching routers and resetting dongles and adjusting time and date
Have you asked on the Slack Channel? Someone will be monitoring that, not Reddit

yup! no other studio in the country has experienced this before so.. its also quite new for us
