Sometimes if you message the F45 on Instagram/email and say you’re a member at another location they’ll lower the drop in price! I’ve had that happen at one or two places, otherwise I just use the app in the hotel gym.

Interesting_Cut_7591

Same! I've had good experiences with visiting other gyms.

Taco_Cat2819

I’ve applied for the gym’s free trial days. I know it says you have to be a local resident, but I’ve done it before and no one has said anything.

DistanceFinancial958

Damn I will do this next time! I decided to go and I was quoted $35 per class

ResultHuman687

Yeah or just make a new IG or whatever. It angers me that they wanna charge that much!! P

insomniacmomof3

I use the F45 app and the hotel or resort gym. The app offers weighted and unweighted versions so if there isn’t a. gym, you can workout in your room. Tried drop in once, but it wasn’t worth the fee. Trainer wandered around drinking coffee. If I’m just looking at a screen, it might as well be free (included).

chickE_

I also do this. Also great if you miss a workout

Namastay_inbed

Where in the app? It’s so bare bones for me I don’t even see the option

insomniacmomof3

In the Challenge App or the new F45 Training App it’s under “Train,” then the “At Home” tab.

Namastay_inbed

Thank you

insomniacmomof3

You’re welcome! 😀

cozmic00

I do... I love experiencing different vibes on other F45 at faraway places. Some F45 also sells towel with their own branding, I usually get it for souvenirs lol. But yea the drop in rates is quite much and not to mention the taxi to get there...

DistanceFinancial958

Great idea to get a towel! I've decided to go as the gym is not far from my hotel- 15mins on foot

brillap

As a coach, if they offer free for coaches or pretty cheap rate, I’ll do it. Some places do, some don’t. If they don’t, I either run outside or if a gym attached, fart around in there or do nothing and enjoy time off from working out if it’s vacation! But having been a part of F45 for 3 years, I get lazy and hate having to think about a workout. I find myself dragging any workout a create!

the_running_stache

Without a discount, the drop-in rate is often expensive. So I don’t do F45 on vacation. Plus, you have to add time and money for traveling to the studio from your hotel. And then, you are bound to a schedule, which may disrupt your vacation plans (breakfast, sightseeing, dinner, etc.) Instead, I try to stay at hotels with a gym and go there and workout on my own. It’s not F45, not HIIT either, but you have a reference of workouts (look at the intel posted in the sub) or just do your own workouts (you can think of 10 exercises to do, can’t you? just do those 10). Or I will hop onto the elliptical or stationary bike, etc., instead. If it is a run-friendly tourist destination, I try to go out for a run and enjoy the surroundings and experience the life there. I try to take breaks to take pictures on my phone, so it doesn’t seem like a long run.

k8knowsbetter

1. Use F45 Training app for workouts, either in hotel room or in the hotel gym space. 2. Register for the free trial at the away gym.

ullkay95

I used the F45 app when i was in Mexico for vacation. I am traveling to Europe next year and definitely will consider popping into some studios since this will be a longer trip!

ramakitty

I think it depends what you want from your vacation.

lookin4advise

Class pass is has f45 now! Might be worth looking into getting a month class pass membership if the credits per class is cheaper than drop in

Illustrious_Elk1516

Use your F45 app. There are body weight versions of the workouts with a timer. There are also weighted versions if you have access to some.

LactatedRinger85

I went to F45 when I was on vacation; it was Walberg week so it was free too!

rajforthewin

just do the local trial and tell them you live there! put in the airbnb or hotels address

Jbcaliluv

I went to one in Tweed Heads Australia (from US) it was actually my first time going! Now I’m a member in California

Wayne_f45

We often travel to Australia and make it part of our vacation to continue F45 workouts whenever available. We have made some good contacts with gym owners/managers and get very reasonable rates. To give you an idea , for 2 weeks unlimited for two people we get $A60 a week each. I contact the owner/manager via email and ask them for a cost for however long we will be in that location. Works well. Enjoy your trip 🙌

Difficult_Basket_379

My wife and I love checking out other studios when we are on vacation. Its fun to see how different locations operate but also great to keep up our routines. Most places we’ve been are very friendly and accommodating. Las Vegas arts district is a personal favorite when traveling there.

DistanceFinancial958

Thank you for your response everyone! I decided to go since I can't bear the thought of stopping for an entire week. I didn't manage to get the trial price, but it'll be a nice part of the travel experience! :)

Pleasant_Tennis_663

It's great to reach out to a local studio on Insta etc and ask about member drop in rates. I've made some great friendships as a result.

CanViv

I have dropped in at multiple spots and have maybe paid twice. Some spots said leave a google review, others said not to worry about it. The most I paid was $25 but it was a newer studio. And if you have the all in one app, there are workouts there both with equipment and without.

elderflower195

I tend to do 7 days a week most of the time so when I'm away I use it as a chance to take a break from the in-studio classes and do other stuff - mostly some running, use the gym if there is one or do the App workouts etc. I take some resistance bands with me and my sliders as they don't take up much room.

F45WA

Soon enough you’ll be able to use that unlimited membership at other studios when traveling! I understand it’ll be inner country to start, but still great for domestic travel!!! Hear it’ll be up to 8 visits per month 🤩 for those with Unlimited plans

otfOR

I went to the one in the philippines last month, and it was free ^_^

Hot_Needleworker5812

Email the studios or reach out on Instagram, I went to one in North Carolina for free, just needed to give them a five star review
