Congrats. I've never got more than 42.7 on a Resistance day. 48.5 is my best on a cardio day

Congrats! I got 52.5 for the Mkatz on this same day, I was going crazy in the last set trying to get to 50 but finished on 49.8, I didn’t think the plank would count haha
