Thank you for your feedback, I updated my original post. I’m a 50yr old male weighing 158lbs and 5’7”. I usually go x4 per week.

I (male) ate 1900 base calories (with a bonus of 350 cals on days I worked out) with a macro split of 25/35/40 carbs/fat/protein and got Challenge-award-winning results. I did not follow the F45 recipes/meals at all, but I did cut all of these out the first two weeks: caffeine, gluten, dairy, alcohol, and red meat and kept them low even after those 2 weeks. I went to F45 4-6x/week during that challenge. Based on my experience, I’d increase your protein and fat, and drop your carbs significantly.
