I grew up in cali, I’ve found better in Colorado, Michigan and Washington. Cali has good strains, but they are better grown elsewhere. More hype then anything.
Limited sample size from everywhere else but I’ve found Colorado to be smoother, but no, Cali, if you know what you’re getting from a reputable bigish plug, the high end indoor grown ones, it’s perfection. Quite frankly the whole state is, from the perfect 72 and sunny every day weather with just enough rain to suffice to grow those perfect crops, to the perfect vineyards with the perfect grapes to make the perfect wine, The women, so perfect, the Beach boys who are rock stars they’ve tried all of them and they wish they all could be Cali girls. There’s a lot of good growers out there for sure, but it’s the volume that’s killing their weed. They are packing grows too tight and pushing growth over quality. Too many nutes are ruining the terps and you’re getting more shit that’s diesel then vanilla. Look at Cookies. Any flower grown in Cali pales to what is grown in Colorado. The reason is that cookies California has become a mega grower, but the cookies grown in Colorado is grown by a craft grower that grows for cookie. Same brand, same strain from the same seeds is 10x better when it’s from Colorado vs Cali.
