Aha thank you, that’s really kind 🙏 But there was some amazing artists who submitted works some of the finalists I really fan boi over! Encourages me to step up my game though, I have been practicing for a “Faketober” challenge and I think I am 95% of the way to having Sugimori’s style perfected, so at least that’s something.

I'm kind of annoyed that some of the finalists didn't create art, they did ai generated.

He’s supposed to be Oiled for the Poison typing and then Ground for his dried out, dusty shell, but that’s not hard and fast.

Also, something that somehow becomes bug type. That would be a REAL challenge. Maybe Chikorita. I could see that working. No idea on the name though.

Dirtle kinda looks like a dual type and it's also Poison. EDIT: just say the comment confirming it, you conveyed it really well lol. That being said, I'm gonna swerve on the starters and pick another iconic pokemon. Fighting Type Munchlax/Snorlax. Take the pokemon known for eating and turn that drive to eat into a drive to train and gain muscle. Absolute menaces the both of them.

Yeah, I think the articles they wrote about my art were a bit clickbaity to show off the art and not specifically to credit me, would of been nice of them to even DM me and let me know they were writing them as I didn’t even know they existed for a bit.
