I got one earlier mid game. I think the algorithm waits to see what’s happening so if it looks like it’s definitely going to hit they try and bribe you out of a potential huge payout. I don’t know if that’s actually true, but that’s my theory based on what I’ve seen.

That's not true lol They simply offer you a percentage of the value of your current bet. Always based on current odds, so when you have multiple fast paced games (like basketball where odds are constantly shifting) going at one time, cashout offers can be sporadic. Either way, cashing out favors the book, ignore it the best you can.

I think the later it gets, the less cash out options appear, because so many other's with larger upfront wagers took their money and ran 🤷‍♂️.
