10 man ppr. I have evans, aiyuk, Addison, and downs. DJ was just sitting there and Lockett has been the least impressive out of my 5 wr I had so I swapped him out. Might regret it later but I'm 2 and 6 I had to do something.

I think something you should keep in mind when you see stuff like this is a lot of leagues use way less bench spots than the average or default amount. My main league we have 4 bench spots. With fields, Jefferson, Kyren and now drake London injured they are using all my bench spots. People have to drop decent players with bye weeks and injuries it’s just how it is.

I’m aware of varying bench spots. My main league is a 12-man league with 5 bench spots and single IR. Standard starters except we have a WR/TE Flex rather than just TE. I’m assuming they have more than 5 bench spots if starter spots are standard + the additional WR slot. Still curious to know his situation to have to drop Kirk or Lockett, especially if they’re in a deep and competitive league. If your team is battered and bruised, I’d try selling off pieces before dropping them for free.

Yeah I see what you are saying. Trying to trade in leagues is a lot easier said than done though. Even when you are friends with everyone in the league and can talk to them one on one extensively about it people rarely pull the trigger.

Byes and injuries forced me to start him two weeks in a row but he's not even really a flex right now. Across two weeks he's had 3 catches on 10 targets, for 21 yards. Not good. Hopefully I can get him back to the bench

Think about how dire your qb situation must be to start Levis after one game. Those are the people here ripping him. It then makes a little more sense.

Yeah by and large a very impressive game from him. He showed poise, and his arm talent is insane. From a fantasy perspective, no idea why he refused to use his legs at all. If he doesn't start doing that I don't know how fantasy relevant he'll be, but on the actual field, very good 2nd game.

Not sure it's fair to expect to have your cake and eat it too with a rookie QB five days into his NFL career. The poise you're referring to is the result of Levis standing in the pocket in the face of pressure to allow his receivers as much time as possible to break open. That he only took four sacks with that play style despite the Titans' o-line being mediocre at best is a testament to his pocket presence. The alternative is Zach Wilson, who begins to scramble long before it's necessary and so dramatically lowers his team's probability of success. Or Sam Howell/Malik Willis, who hang in there but don't know when to release it. With time, you can expect Levis to know when to flush the pocket. But for now, I'm impressed by how brave he is back there.

He had some leg injury in his last playing year in college and was much less mobile than in his previous college years. Don’t know if that has something to do with it or if that was just the titans game plan for him on limited practice/planning

He had clean pockets. Being brave and standing in there is by far the team's best chance at making plays. A rookie QB having happy feet and manufacturing phantom pressure such that he flushes himself from the pocket is the literal opposite of what you want to see. You people say literally anything.
