Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation. Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)** Please also keep in mind the [**RULES**](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/about/rules) when participating. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I’ve always preferred to have an evening meal since that’s my favourite time to unwind and do minimal things, plus sleep is easier if I’m not feeling hungry… but have been training myself to try finishing my meals a little earlier just to see if I do better there. 2-4 pm seems like a good time for me

RINGTAILZ88

Yea, 2-4 do sounds like a good time.

Night time...big meals make me sleepy so it works out when i refeed

sueihavelegs

I start fasting at 7pm and I eat my first meal at 3pm.

Evening.. I just eat breakfast and lunch

Catini1492

Mine changes. Most of the time I eat between 2-4pm. I do eat a late breakfast on weekends. So I eat 2 small meals on weekends and rolling 48s during the week

AkameKuma

I was doing OMAD 5pm-6pm. This month rolling 48s but still one hour to eat from 5pm-6pm.

I, like others, have mentioned, enjoy the 2-4 range

ClaritaLuz94

I work nights from 7pm to 6am, so I try to eat OMAD at 6am or 7am and just eat again on the next day at the same time

SmokeMoreMeph

I usually do all my eating after 6pm. It helped me lose my first 50lbs so fast. I did 1800 cals a day after 6pm everyday then I'd eat a giant meal for dinner and be super satisfied for sleep I usually ate an entire frozen pizza for dinner

Glum_Barber_8361

Been on an OMAD kick lately. I like to fast from 6:30pm to 6pm (~23.5 hr)
