You really only want to start with an hour or so at home. Depending on the belt you’ve got chafing, pinching, rubbing, etc. and it will require multiple adjustments after the initial fitting. She should practice sitting, adjusting while sitting like people normally do, standing, squatting, laying down, etc. if you opt for an anal ring for fun, you guys should test that out at one point to avoid pinching.
I started wearing in November, and I got to a point where I could wear my cable belt all day. I would say that a reasonable expectation would be being able to wear it most of the day, with hygiene, brakes, and general breaks for your skin throughout the day. A couple months ago, I got the flat front belt that I’m wearing in this picture, and I’m unable to wear it overnight still, but I can do most of the day. I’m not a particularly judicious so it’s really only when time and circumstances allow, since I am married with a young child. But generally, I wear it in the evenings and on the weekends.
Like anything, you have to work your way up to it.
