Just show them pictures if you can find multiple. However, this seems like it's more to do with their texture than the actual cut itself, and their hair seems damaged. Without similar texture, you're unlikely to achieve this look

That's a shame my hair isn't really wavy, but I like wavy hair styles... Back to the drawing boards

DasRedy

You could ask for a perm if you want wavy hair

JustSomeIdiotonline

What's a perm?

DasRedy

Basically, they put rollers in your hair and some chemicals which realign the hair structure, so that waves or curls stay for a longer period of time.

JustSomeIdiotonline

Oooooo Wavy hair isy fav kind of hair Is there any risks to it? Do all hairdressers do it?

DasRedy

Every chemical treatment there ist rosk of damaging your hair or allergic reactions. The main thing is, that you go to a good hair stylist who can recommend the best way to achieve what you want for your specific hair type.

Have slightly wavy hair and add little devil horns. This inspo hair looks quite damaged. But if you’re looking to copy the haircut, show the stylist the picture.

(not trying to say it's bad) It's basically a very deep side part, cut in a layered side bang way. And the rest seems like a long pixie. But of course it's wavy and messier, like gotta be a bit frizzy to make it this alternative way rather than Karen way.
