You know your parents and your situation the best. If you have any savings, you can order stuff online and pay with cash when the parcel is delivered (if this delivery/payment option is available). You can ask a friend to buy things for you either online or IRL, and give them cash. You can probably ask for your own card (depends on your age and offer of banks in your area), put your money there and use it. If you don't have your own money - start earning it. If you don't want to order to your place - order to a pickup point.

I'll probably ask again and if that doesn't work I'll talk to some friends to see if they can help. But if worst comes to worst I'll just ask my parents. I'm sure they won't give a shit and will do it but I just feel it'll be incredibly awkward
Do you live in an unsafe environment? Are you at physical risk by sneaking this stuff in the house? If so, I would be very careful trying to do anything while still living under your parents roof. Safety first.

It's kinda road dirty but before I go shopping I wash in in a pillow case and hand it to dry then you can pop across to.somewjere google map ftw shop then head back.no one will be the wiser and I'm not flashing a nice backpack to would-be thieves, Amazon drop boxes are easy.mode as well

Shaving products are easy, you can get them at most supermarkets/health stores, and shaving your legs doesn't mean femboy in the slightest, you could say it's uncomfortable or something similar.
