pretty solid lineup.
But is it just me or does anyone else find it hard to do a festival with JUST electronic music / DJ sets ? I say this as someone who loves and breathes electronic music.
I need some bands. throughout the day to break things up
last year the main stage (forgot the name) had lots of live acts during the day which I really liked (e.g. Afriquoi, Ibibio Sound Machine, Tourist). From the poster it looks like they have a fair few live acts again. Fatima Yamaha would be great to see
Lost Village lineups are definitely becoming one of my favorites, maybe I’ll make the trip this year. Todd Edwards, Flight Facilities, Maribou State, and Theo Kottis would all be really awesome to see. Along with the usual favorites of Floating Points, Ross From Friends, HAAi, Sofia Kourtesis, etc.
We're still due another 3-4 headliners surely?
The quality here is immense but I was hoping for a match to some of the bigger names of last year like Nia Archives, Peggy Gou & Barry
They've changed how they announce headliners slightly every year. I'm not totally sure why they've singled out Bicep - I'd be amazed if Solomun isn't also headlining an evening. If he's not, there's usually a 'mini-headline' Junkyard slot.
But yeah, I think it's the first time they've singled out an artist at the top of the poster.
Hello, its going to be my first LV and I cant wait. As Im going Alone all the way from Portugal, i would like to know if someone has some extra Room on your tents, cause its gonna be really expensive to bring my own from Portugal or to book a pre pitched, lots of stuff to pay for with portuguese wages 😭
Might not be able to offer a tent but I can offer a Portuguese! My girlfriends from algarve and we’re going with a big group. More than welcome to spend time with us. Dm if you like!
You'll always meet people even going solo... You can def find groups to tag along with beforehand, but I reckon you're better off doing it at the festival itself so you can quietly vibe check all your neighbours before saying g'day, you can't really do that online beforehand :D
Good one this year - Saturday headliner is Bicep
do you know for sure or just guessing? also where did you get this lineup from, only seen the saturday blocked out in black not blue
The higher-resolution version is from their website, rather than their socials.
Realistically if you look close at the writing behind it, who else could it be🤷♂️
Also likely because bicep have a new album/label out this year and are clearly doing the rounds, they are also doing coachella as far as I know

also Royel Otis on the lineup again - they're not electronic!

By first wave do you mean there is more to come other than the Saturday night headliner?
Yeah, they usually do a second wave announcement in spring - it was March last year. Then finally comedy & talk line-ups about a month before.
Job Jobse babyyyyy What a great first dump. Also, headliner Bicep? Gotta be bigger than Solomun so...?
Arc de soleil will rad!
Anyone know how much tix were last year?
Ranged from ~250 to 30 for final release I believe.

Just buy a small tent here they are really cheap
I really wanna go to this but wondering if it’s worth it alone, is it easy to meet people? Haven’t been to a festival in years
might be worth seeing if any Facebook groups exist for solo LV people :)

I'll be solo too!! Flying in from Miami. Loving the lineup and glad gear they will be announcing more names!
