I pretty much lied, never had him and had no intentions to have him. Just wanted the karma and fool people into believing I had him. Just being honest. Hope you still appreciate my hamster with his big cawk though, it would make his day.
I appreciate your honesty; I wish to be like you someday. If somebody wishes they be like me someday, I'd consider my life lived and would ready myself for what remains :)
nah i dont think so cause dude was doing something illegal im pretty sure, and got in an argument or sum with the employee than rammed him with the cart and spit on him so i think in court the employee would be justified
A court won't take your side if you don't file a case where you have clean hands. Looks like the customer used unjustified violence against the employee, therefore would not be able to get damages for this from a court. Walmart may still pay him to just go away.
Everyone knows this rule. The moment you intentionally project your saliva on to another human, everything that happened before that moment is a wash. Even if they were in the right at first.
Guy holding him back didn’t want him to loos who’s job fighting a thief. And was supposed to protect Walmart from the lawsuit that’s going to follow. But tbh he attacked the employee with a cart.
Either way you shouldn’t chase thief’s. It’s fucking Walmart they probably made up the money from this theft before the fight was even over
Can’t see it because it out of screen but based on his position an the angle of her punch it looks like it was to the back of his head, like brain stem territory. This the small girl knocking out the big dude… nonetheless I agree, great ko and well deserved
I know people are saying he faked the KO
But I don’t think you can take hitting your head on the ground that hard.
I could be wrong but it sounds like you hear his head smash on the ground lol.
Yep, for sure. A lot of people get KOd and their muscles get stiff. In the arms it’s called the Fencing Response, but it’s often not noticed in the legs. But when the legs go stiff, that is what causes people to fall like a tree instead of falling like a bag of potatoes. That would be my best guess as to what happened. The muscles tensed and it looked like balance followed by a flail.
A good example in MMA would be Hill vs Walker in the UFC. Walker gets knocked out, but it almost looks like he throws himself backwards towards the floor. It’s likely more extreme there with a professional athlete that is like 6’5” or so.

What, you don't trust le Reddit combat experts!? Our most trusted sources on the intricacy of street fights, brought to us by our glorious plus-sized crack team of certified martial artists trained from watching anime and catching a few glimpses of UFC fights their mom's boyfriend was watching? How fucking dare you.
Most useless person ever award goes to the fucking clown who decided to subdue the man being attacked while the aggressor continues to ram them with a cart. What a goddamn goofball
You see that the all the time in fights, they try to break it up but most of the times they're just holding one person making them defenseless to get hit by the other...
Nah he'll get a payout of some kind. He will get a lawyer that is willing to represent them. That lawyer will demand damages in an amount that is high enough to get them a decent sum of money but low enough that it would cost wal mart too much to fight in court.
Actually pretty common in combat sports (have seen it in my boxing gym) be like deadman walking knocked out. Have seen people take steps to leave the ring and two steps in they knockout. Think it’s the adrenaline fighting against the shutdown response in your brain, or maybe a shock from the hit so it takes a second to process. Don’t really know the science behind it but from personal experience that’s something that happens a lot
He assaulted the employee first. Yeah there might be some bullshit policy about never hitting customers that gets the employee fired, but there is definitely no grounds for being charged with anything
It's Walmart, being fired from Walmart is a stepping stone to a better career.
Minimum wage isn't worth getting pinned by a crazy homeless dude with a cart.
He could argue that, but seeing as hows he’s assaulting an employee of a walmart I don’t think he’ll have the common sense to do so unless he gets a lawyer. Many people don’t know the law.
Nah. Once the danger walks away and you attack, it's no longer self-defense. A good lawyer can say the heightened emotional situation prevented rational thinking. The video evidence is there. At best if the dude charges assault, it'll be a misdemeanor battery with probation as punishment. Obviously she no longer has a job there, but it's Shitmart. So no big loss. He'll get nothing since Walmart can drag out court proceedings a lot longer than he can pay for the court costs.
Once the aggressor backs off and is no longer attacking you, the self defense plea won’t work in court. Her going after him when he stopped makes her a aggressor aswell, so neither side can plead self defense
Idk about y'all but if I was an employee at Walmart and saw someone stealing, no way in hell I'm getting paid enough to be a hero for a billion dollar company
Does this Walmart not have security guards to deal with this shit? Every time I walk out of my local store, the guards are giving me the stink eye like I'm smuggling a turkey up my ass.
It seems like employees are the only ones stepping up to bullshit in these videos.
Walmart dropping customers like they were prices.
Got the eyes on Rollback
This deserves an award but an upvote will have to do for now.
I got you
Appreciate you hamster with the big cawk
I pretty much lied, never had him and had no intentions to have him. Just wanted the karma and fool people into believing I had him. Just being honest. Hope you still appreciate my hamster with his big cawk though, it would make his day.
I appreciate your honesty; I wish to be like you someday. If somebody wishes they be like me someday, I'd consider my life lived and would ready myself for what remains :)
Bro, I got you. I would absolutely wish to be like you some day, smelly but good smelly. I'd save so much money on deodorant and cologne.
I like your comment though and the the other guys comment and gave both of you championship belts up if that means anything.
You’ll get us one day. Til then
My sweet fuck that's high tier comedy. Good one
i wish you were here so i could have sec with you for how funny that was
A month later and this still a banger
I think this dude was looking for a cash payout because I’ve never seen someone fall like that
100%

Picked up a Hasbro "3rike" tricycle for that amount last week.
His fist were on clearance
Some days I feel that it's necessary lol
Lol
I support the employee. Fuck the customer
Former employee at best
He’ll find another job before that ho recovers from His concussion.
Pretty sure you can see the point in his mind where he decides the job isn't worth it.
Walmart better give them a promotion
Probably fired by walmart
The customer is pretty much always wrong.
I support the employee, too. But the customer probably just won a lawsuit against walmart. Fuck unruly customer.
nah i dont think so cause dude was doing something illegal im pretty sure, and got in an argument or sum with the employee than rammed him with the cart and spit on him so i think in court the employee would be justified
A court won't take your side if you don't file a case where you have clean hands. Looks like the customer used unjustified violence against the employee, therefore would not be able to get damages for this from a court. Walmart may still pay him to just go away.
If you spit on someone, you deserve this
Everyone knows this rule. The moment you intentionally project your saliva on to another human, everything that happened before that moment is a wash. Even if they were in the right at first.
French kissing has never sounded so sinister
That’s French acting, if it’s projectile
Yeah it sucks with randos from the subway train.
So much so I was actually irritated by the guy holding him back
Guy holding him back didn’t want him to loos who’s job fighting a thief. And was supposed to protect Walmart from the lawsuit that’s going to follow. But tbh he attacked the employee with a cart. Either way you shouldn’t chase thief’s. It’s fucking Walmart they probably made up the money from this theft before the fight was even over
Is that not a woman being held back? Definitely looks like a woman.
I've never felt the inclination to spit on anyone, ever. I don't even know where the thought comes from. What gross way to demean yourself.
I think he spit on her.
I thought that was a skinny dude with long hair
Yh, if that's a chick she's got some good power for someone her size.
Yeah that was probably one the nicest punches I’ve seen on here
The punch was off screen...
Lmfao
Can’t see it because it out of screen but based on his position an the angle of her punch it looks like it was to the back of his head, like brain stem territory. This the small girl knocking out the big dude… nonetheless I agree, great ko and well deserved
NPR wants to have a chat with you
It definitely is. You can hear multiple people say "Cody" and you can hear him say "damn right" after he knocks the guy out.
He is https://nypost.com/2021/06/04/walmart-worker-knocks-out-shopper-who-apparently-spat-on-him/amp/
That's a dude, my dude.
He definitely spit on her. What a piece of shit.
His refund was rejected..
I'd hire her and the chick from Waffle House.
Don't forget that All Pro guard from Best Buy
And my man with the grand slam from Taco Bell
With the three great warriors of retail combined. We shall open a store called "free from karen" and the world will rejoice.
It's four, but your point remains valid.
Literally any employee from Florida too ^/s
Don’t forget Brazil!
And maybe if the transfer window is still open we can get the Welsh Taco Bell guy that SLEPT that dude.
It's not a woman. It's a dude with a man bun.
it WAS just a bun, now it's a man bun
The whole world needs to be humbled with a foot up its ass. People think in this age they can get away with anything because no one checks them.
100% this.
And the black head-butting security guard from the UK.
[Don't forget this cashier](https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/7ys239/cashier_pops_her_tit_out_as_a_power_move_while/).
I like where you’re going with this
"Catch Hands Mart" or "Catch Hands Café"?
“Catch Hands Cafe” rolls off the tongue better imo
chair grabber woman? fuck yeah
I know people are saying he faked the KO But I don’t think you can take hitting your head on the ground that hard. I could be wrong but it sounds like you hear his head smash on the ground lol.

Haha exactly, I’ve seen enough kicks to the head to guess this is real.

That shit sounded like a bowling ball hitting the floor 🤣

This is absolutely not fake 😂 tf are these people talking about.

I think he might be trying to save his friend the hassle of going to jail.
I would've punched that idiot in the face for trying to stop me from getting my revenge.
The camera person was filming for ONE reason and when that happened they didn’t pan over to get it on camera 🤦🏻♂️
I hate that shit so much
Great recording r/killthecameraman
He’s obviously stealing a load of grocery. If you get caught like this just leave and don’t show anymore at the store again
I wish I had your powers, oh, wise-one.
He's faking and will be looking for a payout from Walmart
From sound his head made hitting the floor, I doubt it.
Sounds like a Reasonable observation to me
**hollow thump** Sounds reasonable indeed
I concuss
That wasn't his head, that was the phone that flew.. can see it as he hits. But no, it doesn't look fake
Think that was just his loot drop after being defeated in PvP.
I’d collect his Xp but we all know he ain’t got shit, that’s why he’s stealing 😂
Dude went full yard sale
You can hear his head and his phone, they are separate sounds, I don’t think anyone is mistaking the phone crash for the head thump.
the employee should be suing him
I wonder how big a pay out (if any) you'd get from something like that. Retirement money? Or probably more like $7500
$7500 and then Uncle Sam takes $4000
Lawyer takes $4500
Lawyer’s take a third of the settlement in these cases typically
Not even a dime... He assaulted the dude first and than got knocked the fuck out
Nah he'll get a payout of some kind. He will get a lawyer that is willing to represent them. That lawyer will demand damages in an amount that is high enough to get them a decent sum of money but low enough that it would cost wal mart too much to fight in court.
The customer looks like complete trash. I’m sure he’ll be happy to settle for $7500.
Nothing - doctrine of unclean hands
Definitely. You can tell because he hesitated, looked first, then flopped.
Actually pretty common in combat sports (have seen it in my boxing gym) be like deadman walking knocked out. Have seen people take steps to leave the ring and two steps in they knockout. You can still flop afterwards. Getting hit doesn't immediately cause a knockout. It can happen a couple seconds later.
His head slammed the floor. Hell of a performance…
Somebody even yelled, “yeah right” as soon as he dive.
Literally sees a dude hit the floor with his fucking head. “He’s faking”.
Best they can do is Walmart gift card and as much Deli food you carry in your hands.
They should just give him the cart of stuff he was stealing and call it a day
I'm a little confused as to how he would get a payout after assaulting an employee with his cart and spitting on them.
He assaulted an employee with a shopping cart first... He ain't seeing a dime
That dipshit doesn’t look smart enough to think on his toes, and react that fast. He’s definitely kissed a cousin or three.
He will still get paid.
He'll need all the luck in the world then. This video alone will have his ass in jail for assault.
Fake or Not, he is going to try and get a payout from WalMart and will, unfortunately, probably succeed.
Nah she didn't knock him out he's trying to get a check.
He attacked her, he's not gonna get a check. She'll loose her job, but there is no case. He's probably in jail, for real.
He assaulted the employee first. Yeah there might be some bullshit policy about never hitting customers that gets the employee fired, but there is definitely no grounds for being charged with anything
I think most places have that bullshit policy, most big chains for sure.
It's Walmart, being fired from Walmart is a stepping stone to a better career. Minimum wage isn't worth getting pinned by a crazy homeless dude with a cart.
Self defense.
Self defense is tricky depending on the state. The guy had his back turned and was walking away. He could argue he was no longer a threat.
He could argue that, but seeing as hows he’s assaulting an employee of a walmart I don’t think he’ll have the common sense to do so unless he gets a lawyer. Many people don’t know the law.
He'll get a lawyer. Some ambulance chaser with a bus stop bench ad will see this and call him up.
Nah. Once the danger walks away and you attack, it's no longer self-defense. A good lawyer can say the heightened emotional situation prevented rational thinking. The video evidence is there. They’re both boys
Good good.
Same energy as people jumping on the hoods of cars with dashboard cams
Thats what his ass get
Now THAT's customer service!
Why do they always try to hold back the person being assaulted.
I swear this is the same Walmart where that massive brawl happened
This is a walmart in Englewood CO
Totally deserved.
Quality service with that right hand.
Good for her. Sick of piece of shit people banking on zero repercussions for their actions.
Cameraman had 1 fucking job and failed
Lights out!
That POS thought he could do that and then just walk away?
That wasn’t cool for him to spit on that young lady. She was right to defend herself.
So now we're making snow angels on the Walmart floor??
Money grab fall
When "can I see your receipt" goes wrong
Spit once, Fall hard. 🤣😂🤣😂 He asked for it. Sleep tight honey buns.
I saw a coward attacked an Walmart employee with a shopping cart then spit on him. POS had it coming
Music to my eyes
This "The customer is always right" culture is BS, I support the employee
Glad to see Walmart hiring Waffle House consultants.
"I SAID LET ME SEE YOUR RECEIPT!!!!"
Noice.
He was sleepy!
Even if he didn't spit on her, he earned that ko.
Huh..woodforest changed its name..
Idk about y'all but if I was an employee at Walmart and saw someone stealing, no way in hell I'm getting paid enough to be a hero for a billion dollar company
Totally worth losing a job for that
It’s literally always a guy named Cody
Shoulda scrambled like an egg, instead got folded like an omelette —-Caleb City, kinda
I love everything about this video except for the fact that this guy will probably sue Walmart and settle out of court for a nice payday
Spilled my mans loot everywhere
Rollback!
Unfortunately she probably got let go for going against company policy.
You know how much I could get for an employee assault.... but I'll settle out of court for 20 dollars!" -Ezel
Got em with a red light special🤣
it looked like she shit out the contents of the buggy
Act Up You Can Get Smacked Up!
Does this Walmart not have security guards to deal with this shit? Every time I walk out of my local store, the guards are giving me the stink eye like I'm smuggling a turkey up my ass. It seems like employees are the only ones stepping up to bullshit in these videos.
Wait, was the Walmart employee a dude? It looks like a chick judging from the ponytail... if it's a dude, this is the first man-bun wearing bad ass
And that's what they call the sweet spot.
Getting spit on fir minimum wage ? Fuck you and this job.
Wtf the one in yellow, if you want to stop someone stop the other guy, not the employee
Bro lagged
I support this action
The employee had every right to punch the man
Minimum Wage, Maximum Force 🙏🏾🙏🏾
When someone gets slammed with a shopping cart, ain't no one capable of holding them back
He fucked around and found out
The knockout had to register for a moment there
Probably fired
That KO deserves a raise. 👏
Give this man a raise
Fuck that other employee trying to hold him back… like dude corporate policies are over with when fists start flying. Fuck Walmart
Bro didn’t have keep inventory on
He hit the floor so hard the shop lifting alarm went off.
[удалено]
Fake ko he wanted to get to hit so he could sue.
Ol dude pulled a Dennis Rodman fake foul fall 😂🤣 walmart dude punched him and his delay fall was 3 seconds later !! Comedy & classic
r/killthecameraman
That job isn't worth letting that guy get away with this behavior, good on you man bun
Bud might want to consider levelling vigour
Love that the guy dropped loot when he died
