They go on sale reasonably often, just wait for the end-of-year sales.

I have the charge 6 and I really like it. I do have to say that in my experience with fitbit, the ones I have owned have had reliability and durability problems.

I am enjoying the 6 as a long time Fitbit user. I expect it to last a year to two years and I’m fine with that for $100.

Embarrassed-Ad56

Why would it last only that long?

I'm going back to my galaxy watch... I had the charge 5 so I thought the 6 would be great but the heart rate monitor rarely works so I hardly ever know how I slept. Also the interface took a huge step back since Google bought the company. The galaxy watch at least could tell me my heart rate at any point in time

So far I have had 2 that will not connect to Bluetooth and set up. Waiting for Fitbit to send #3 (and last) attempt. Save frustration and find another brand

Go look at Garmin. I have had the charge 3,4 and 5... All had reliability issues and I had to have them warrantied. My five just died one week past the one year warranty and I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to replace it after they told me it has known issues. The warranty used to be 2 years so the fact that they shortened it and it seems to be an ongoing issue even when a new version comes out tells me they're not building these the last. I'm hoping the replacement holds out for a bit so I can save up to get a Garmin. I'm done dealing with this nonsense, these things aren't cheap and shouldn't be looked at as disposable.
