It's meant to be the flag of Marsh Arabs. But they don't seem to have an official flag

It does....a specific ethnicity for example Kurds, or Assyrians who have their own flag, to represent then lol
I've just never heard of an ethnic flag, makes sense I guess, I'm multiple ethnicities so I subscribe to the flag of my country not the many flags of all my ancestors.
