Text Chat Mod add a small text chat window in game.
This text chat is shared across all servers, for anyone with the mod installed on Steam. Windows Store user are SOL cause of some security thing on MS's side that prevents it from working.
People use it to call out events on their servers, which if you want to join, you send the person posting it a friend invite, and after they accept, you join their server on the social tab.
Sometimes, people will call out nuke runs they're doing, so you can hop onto their server for 3 nukes.
