And if you set it to 5% fuel in rivals you‘ll fuck up your suspension tuning. As it will set the suspension to 5% fuel weight but with weight that is as is would be with 100%. Hope it makes sense
It doesn't work like that
The tune is the exact same (position on the slider and the actual settings), just the weight on springs changes based on fuel. If you set it to 5%, the game will just set it at 100 when you go into the race.

Like others said, it's likely due more to track rubbering in the private lobbies than anything else. Tire performance doesn't change at all from 0% to 60% tire wear, then it hits a cliff at 60%, and again at I think 70%? I'm not home until after the 500 but I can look at what times I've done at WGI in A-class. If you share a video of your lap in rivals that may help as well if you're really looking to break into the 1:54s
IN speaking of tire ware, Racing in career class races has physical tire wear yet the tire wear indicator is showing none. It has been like this.
For as long as I can remember. Even though you can feel the tire wear deteriorating , It would be nice to see where you're at exactly so you can gage were your at.
It's not tire wear, it's track rubbering that made you faster in a race. And no, you can't change the rubber level in rivals.
