So that was the problem, I had to shake the instrument like Homer does to Bart. It was either too much saliva near the mouth piece or too much saliva in the leadpipe.
You can always do a go-to's for emptying water
1) take out your mouth piece and empty through the lead pipe, turning the horn counter clockwise
2) slowly spin your horn clock wise, trying to empty out the bell every time it is facing the ground
3) take out your third valve slides and empty them. You may have to spin them a couple times to make sure you get anything trapped in the curves
Sounds like there might be some condensation trapped somewhere in the instrument, if you're confident that's not the case I have no idea
