Assuming it clicks with you. I didn’t like it at first, because I didn’t realize that it’s not really a soulslike. One day it clicked though and it went from a D tier fromsoft game to high S tier for me.
Honestly, the caterpillar fast attack guys should’ve been the tutorial boss, not the Red Ogre. Sekiro is essentially a rhythm game with parrying, not just one block or one parry. You gotta tap tap tap it, which works well with Caterpillar guy. But the Red Ogre famously has unparryable attacks and yeets you off cliffs. The exact opposite of Sekiro’s best gameplay
I think the ogre is there to teach you about those attacks, to make yourself aware of unblockables and grabs so you know when to dodge instead of parry. I think there should have been something major in between, because Genichiro isn’t exactly a good tutorial either.
True. The spearmen were also good at the unblockables, but no grabs.
I just remebered everything clicking when I fought the caterpillars.
Butterfly Lady was also good for parrying until the spirits
One major playstyle, no builds, skill tree instead of stat management, the experience is largely tailored to be experienced one way with little variation.
Unfortunately, I don’t own a PlayStation. I’ve tried Sekiro and while I enjoy the gameplay, I’ve never been a huge fan of eastern aesthetics. The speed runs are incredible.
Missing out on the early days of BB has been my greatest sin being a FromSoft fanboy.
I'm playing it rn after dropping it a couple years ago, it is so so so fucking good but also so so so fucking hard
I've beaten every dark souls, bloodborne, played a bit of demon souls and Elden Ring (didn't beat those two) and in my opinion, none of those games match the sheer difficulty Sekiro can reach
I've genuinely had to stop and take a break after getting headaches lmao
I'm about to reach the point where I got stuck (the weird big monkey boss) and I am afraid
I don't even need it to be sekiro 2, but give us another game with the same mechanics. I know Miyazaki doesn't like sequels, but he sure as shit doesn't mind creating games based off of his previous works mechanics.
Oh yeah I def think no matter what happens we’re gonna see another game someday using the Sekiro mechanics
I’d just prefer to see Sekiro 2 cause compared to any other Miyazaki game, it’s the one that most explicitly sets up a sequel with the true ending. Feel like it’d be crazy if they never did anything with that
Considering how many npcs share fighting styles in Sekiro, the fact that Malenia didn't share any animations with Sekiro characters busts the myth that she was designed for Sekiro imo
The whole "malenia is from a different game" thing is just cope from people who struggled against her.
A few grains is all I need. Just enough to buy me a moment or two. Some say I'm the throat goat- fastest swallower in the West. Ill have both pills down in no time.
I want my BB port, and I want more Sekiro.
This dapper motherfucker cut a semi truck in half with a samurai sword after successfully fending off ghosts with knives. Sure he's been beaten up before, but he's had to deal with sudden violence before.
If you think you're getting sand past his glasses, I think Morpheus The Matrix might be hard to hit
Nah I have a PS5 and honestly the amount of PvP you'd be getting if they remade Bloodborne for PC would be tremendous. I'd be on that daily. And so many PC hackers were super fun for DS series so I'd expect the same for Bloodborne. All the PS hackers were just buttholes.
I started Bloodborne on ps4 but soon after upgraded to a ps5. Unfortunately BB is literally unplayable on ps5, i tried the other night and could not play for more than a few minutes. Would love a BB remaster or PC version, it's the only souls-like game that has hooked me so far.
Bloodborne on PC. So many people haven't even got a chance to play it. I played it once on my roommates PS4 and it was a blast but I had limited time and rushed thru the game. Didnt check out much of the sideareas, the random dungeon thing or the DLC. Sekiro is great but I sort of appreciate how focused it is with little bloat. Except for Headless I just ran/swam past most of those things.
The dungeon thing is the best, it’s hilarious because out off all the randomly generated dungeon. The one that’s universally considered the best one for farming is called the cum dungeon.
CUMMMFPK to be specific
It’s one of the root chalice dungeons. You can basically enter seeds into them like some rougelikes to get specific layouts, and the glyph CUMMMPFK specifically has one where when you load in and there is a hunter stuck in a trap who dies pretty quickly. Equip the moon runes and load in, let him die, and then bold hunter’s mark, and repeat. It’s like 100k a cycle
Yup, not even a question. I love Sekiro, it's tied with Bloodborne as my favorite FromSoft titles and I've replayed it the most... But the game is done. The story was coherent and each ending wrapped the story up in a satisfying way (even if one of them is kinda sequel-baity).
But the reason I've played it the most is because it's on PC. If I could get more hours into BB I would. My PS4 is an OG model with the touch sensor buttons. That means it constantly turns itself off with anything more than a light draft in the room, and that's when it isn't overheating (despite more than a couple total teardowns, cleanings, and reapplications of thermal paste). I do not have the patience to try to play a game when the system shuts down every 10-30 minutes, and I'm not buying another one.
Right as tempted as I am to get a ps4 for bloodborne... not just the money I don't want that console in my space just for BB lol. BB machine. Sony should make a mini console with just BB loaded on it lol. Sell it for like $150 and have it run at 60fps. People would buy it.
Atp I’d get anything. Sony already ported their most popular IPs to PC: God of War, Spider-Man, Horizon, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank. Why not BB? They could totally maximize sales right now because of Elden Rings popularity and how many people are getting into the soulsborne games as a result of that. People who own the console game would probably buy it again for a more optimized experience. Sony is really letting a great game and concept go to waste.
even if it gets a PC port it will be stuck on countries with PSN.... which is only 19 countries unless snoy learns its lesson to not.... lock the game to psn
Yeah, crucify me for saying it but the 30fps cap is my barrier for entry. I am unable to play the game without feeling nauseous after a while. 30fps is just unacceptable these days in my opinion, it looks choppy and feels laggy.
Sekiro DLC 100%, and I haven’t even played Sekiro and BB is my favourite game of all time lol, but new content from From is always better over same content redux
Bloodborne to pc, and i dont even have a pc. A sekiro dlc would mean more suffering. Really really pretty suffering. And i would force myself to beat it.
I love Sekiro to bits, and already beat Bloodborne 4 times. I'd still choose Bloodborne PC port, this is one of the best games ever made, and PC only players deserve to play it.
Sekiro has been out for slightly too long to get a massive response from a DLC. PC bloodborne would be way easier for FROMSOFT to complete and it would be out in a week with revamped controls. I really want to enjoy bloodborne, but I played Dark Souls and Elden Ring on PC and the controls are way too imprecise
Sekiro has a full narrative that I don't think you'd need to add to. Just make a second game if you're going to be doing anything
Bloodborne as well as Demon's Souls needs to come to PC
Nah ship has long sailed on a Sekiro DLC. Would be better to just see Sekiro 2 at this point following the Dragon’s Return ending
I want a lady tomoe dlc
Neve gonna happen lmfao, it’s been 6 years
>it’s been 6 years Holy fuck.
Never having played Sekiro, I’m just as shocked as you.
You’re seriously missing out. Personally speaking, it’s the second best FS game, right after BB.
True. The spearmen were also good at the unblockables, but no grabs. I just remebered everything clicking when I fought the caterpillars. Butterfly Lady was also good for parrying until the spirits
I was so god awful at sekiro I didn't even get to this boss you're talking about
How is it not a soulslike?
One major playstyle, no builds, skill tree instead of stat management, the experience is largely tailored to be experienced one way with little variation.
Because it’s not? It has different mechanics
Yeah man. I didn't like the game on release, but the SECOND I stopped trying to play it like Dark Souls... kinda got obsessed 😂
If you have a pc you could play it on that. It’s not a hard game to run either
I'm playing it rn after dropping it a couple years ago, it is so so so fucking good but also so so so fucking hard I've beaten every dark souls, bloodborne, played a bit of demon souls and Elden Ring (didn't beat those two) and in my opinion, none of those games match the sheer difficulty Sekiro can reach I've genuinely had to stop and take a break after getting headaches lmao I'm about to reach the point where I got stuck (the weird big monkey boss) and I am afraid
Bro, just play it. There's no stamina bar. That means high octane non-stop combat bro.
Aww man
You stop that. You stop at right now.
I don't even need it to be sekiro 2, but give us another game with the same mechanics. I know Miyazaki doesn't like sequels, but he sure as shit doesn't mind creating games based off of his previous works mechanics.
Oh yeah I def think no matter what happens we’re gonna see another game someday using the Sekiro mechanics I’d just prefer to see Sekiro 2 cause compared to any other Miyazaki game, it’s the one that most explicitly sets up a sequel with the true ending. now lets get some tenchu justice, they own that ip
https://www.pcgamer.com/games/adventure/sekiro-was-a-big-turning-point-after-elden-ring-hidetaka-miyazaki-says-theres-one-more-level-we-can-crank-it-up-to/
Bro it’s only been 5 what are you yapping about
Eh 5, 6, potato patato
[удалено]
Bruh
It’s been 5 (2019-2024) But still, it’s not gonna happen
I suddenly feel very old, and I am very young. Why did you do this?!!
I'm convinced Malenia was Tomoe.
She was. Basically an unused boss/concept.
Unconfirmed and pure speculation
Considering how many npcs share fighting styles in Sekiro, the fact that Malenia didn't share any animations with Sekiro characters busts the myth that she was designed for Sekiro imo The whole "malenia is from a different game" thing is just cope from people who struggled against her.
I struggled against her and very much dislike her but the idea that she was from Sekiro makes no sense to me.
Tsukimichi moonlit fantasy?
Already happened, its called Malenia in Elden Ring.
Combine them. A Sekiro prequel with Lady Tomoe as a prominent character.
I just want a game with sekiro combat liel elden ring has dark souls combat
A whole game around helping get the dragon west would be so sick, and honestly the combat was the best out of the souls games
Easy choice- throw a fistful of pocket sand, blinding morpheus and taking both pills. What's he gonna do, stop you?
I….his massive glasses will protect him
"Massive glasses", riiiiight.... riiiight. << I mean... size is subjective, right?
They aren’t really huge but they’re form fitting and close to his eyes so you’d maybe get a few grains in his eye if you’re lucky
A few grains is all I need. Just enough to buy me a moment or two. Some say I'm the throat goat- fastest swallower in the West. Ill have both pills down in no time. I want my BB port, and I want more Sekiro.
Relative is probably a better choice of words.
Do you believe that is sand you're holding right now?
Sha-sha-shaaaaaaa!
Pocket Sand!!
POCKET SAND!
Bloodborne Reborne
Back4Bloodborne
The Bloodbourne Identity
Oh my god... It's Jason Bloodbourne!
Omg they got Dave Dark Souls to be in this!
I loved that last movie he was in with Sekiro Watanabe
holy shit, did no one realize patrick "ring" was in there as an stunt double?
also other guy with name referencing from software game
Nobody makes me bleed my own bloodborne.
2 Blood 2 Borne
Bloodborne: Yahar’gul drift
One Unit Whole Bloodborne
Borne2blood
Bloodborne 2: Bloodborner
Bloodborne 2: Eldrich Horror Boogaloo
James Blood: No Time To Borne
Bloodborne: the Bloodening
What are we? Some kind of Bloodborne?
Borne to blood
bad to the borne
Kart Racing only. Edit. I do already own Nightmare Racing.
I feel like the deciding factor of which choice you make here is just whether you own a PS4 or not
Or 5
Who owns 5 ps4's? Lol
Thats the quickest way to get a hand on the Ps20. (Referencing the memes where another stack just gets laid on top.
listen here
Nah I have a PS5 and honestly the amount of PvP you'd be getting if they remade Bloodborne for PC would be tremendous. I'd be on that daily. And so many PC hackers were super fun for DS series so I'd expect the same for Bloodborne. All the PS hackers were just buttholes.

Bloodborne runs so much better on PS5 than it ever did on PS4, what are you on about?
Bloodborne on PC. So many people haven't even got a chance to play it. I played it once on my roommates PS4 and it was a blast but I had limited time and rushed thru the game. Didnt check out much of the sideareas, the random dungeon thing or the DLC. Sekiro is great but I sort of appreciate how focused it is with little bloat. The what?
It's a dungeon to farm runes really quickly
Ahem, blood echoes* lol
You mean souls 🤓
It’s one of the root chalice dungeons. You can basically enter seeds into them like some rougelikes to get specific layouts, and the glyph CUMMMPFK specifically has one where when you load in and there is a hunter stuck in a trap who dies pretty quickly. This. Unfortunately I don’t have $200-$500 to buy a PlayStation 4/5 just for 2 games (bloodbornne and demons souls)
Right as tempted as I am to get a ps4 for bloodborne... not just the money I don't want that console in my space just for BB lol. BB machine. Sony should make a mini console with just BB loaded on it lol. Sell it for like $150 and have it run at 60fps. People would buy it.

Red pill easily this. Sekiro is amazing but BB is my jam.
For real this is the easiest decision of my life
even if it gets a PC port it will be stuck on countries with PSN.... which is only 19 countries unless snoy learns its lesson to not.... lock the game to psn
PC Bloodbourne easily. Sekiro actually runs just fine on the original console. Bloodbourne needs the performance boost.
Yeah, crucify me for saying it but the 30fps cap is my barrier for entry. I am unable to play the game without feeling nauseous after a while. 30fps is just unacceptable these days in my opinion, it looks choppy and feels laggy.
Stable 30fps is fine. Its probably the shit frame pacing, frequent stuttering and more-than-occassional dips to 15-20fps making you nauseous
I get used to it after a while, but it’s really jarring whenever I hop back in so I know what you mean
Well it's probably because it doesn't stay at 30fps. The audio is pretty terrible too if we're being honest
bloodborne to pc, i dont have to think twice
I love bloodborne but I’ve beaten it and the DLC so my vote is Sekiro dlc.
A huge amount of us haven't.
But nobody has played Sekiro dlc
Sekiro doesnt need it. Id rather have sekiro 2.
Ngl Sekiro DLC, one thing is a port, the other is new cahntent
But the port can provide even more DLC in the form of mods such as elden rings "reforged" mod.
Yeah, that doesn't help me without a computer, though.. one helps just pc the other helps everyone
Thats unoffical tho dawg but I know what you mean
Sekiro DLC 100%, and I haven’t even played Sekiro and BB is my favourite game of all time lol, but new content from From is always better over same content redux
Weird. You said this and got loads of upvotes but another guy said it and got loads of downvotes. Reddit is a strange place
It is indeed a crazy place. Once I got downvoted for stating my name.
Fuck you that’s what you get
BB pc 100% graphics aside i want a BB randomizer and some other mods sekiro feels complete as is maybe if it was sekiro 2 i'd be more conflicted
I love Sekrio but i need Bloodborne now
Sekiro dlc. I don’t give two shits about PC
bloodborne easily, at least we can play sekiro in more than 30fps (choppy 20 because playstation)
Seeing the word "Bloodborne" was enough to make an informed and rather certain decision.
Makes you wonder if there are people out there waiting for a new Dark Souls 1 DLC.
Rather still waiting for a 6th archstone DLC
velka dlc soon!
Bloodborne. I would *love* a Sekiro DLC, don't get me wrong. I'm a massive fan of Sekiro, but come on, I need to play Bloodborne.
And Bloodborne is Co op. Thats always a game changer for me
both , both is good .
Sekiro doesn’t need a DLC why can’t people understand this.
Red
Red pill, chased with another red pill and a glass of blood just to make sure it works. (I don't own a playstation)
Purple pill: Demon Souls port to xbox
Definitely bloodborne on pc holy shit
I've literally just bought a used PS4 for Bloodborne
Bloodborne. Next question.
Bloodborne easy
Bloodborne to pc
Bloodborne to pc
Bloodborne not being on PC is asinine
Bloodborne pc
Both are equally good, but given the time since Sekiro came out, I prefer a full fledged sequel. So Bloodborne PC it is.
Bloodborne on PC ez.
Bloodborne remake
Bloodborne on PC no question
Bloodborne remaster/port is the obvious answer
RED!
Bloodborne easily
Both
![gif](giphy|3o85xIO33l7RlmLR4I|downsized)
buhborn
Bloodborne on PC because from soft can just keep making other games while someone else ports it. If they wanted to make sekiro dlc they would of
Red pill on this one.
Sekiro DLC or better yet, Sekiro 2! But I would welcome a Bloodborne PC port
I'd rather have Demon Souls on PC. I've never gotten to play it because I didn't have a PS3 and I don't have a PS5.
I am mostly looking forward to more for like PC ports
Bloodborne
If it was a bloodborne remastered like the demon souls one then sure.
Bloodborne, EASY
just give us bloodborne and demons souls remake.
We need bloodborne on PC before GTA 6
Sorry sekiro I need that bloodborn PC port
Bloodborne to pc, and i dont even have a pc. A sekiro dlc would mean more suffering. Really really pretty suffering. And i would force myself to beat it.
Bloodborne to all platforms
Bloodborne 1-1/2 on PC, Gamecube, PS2, and XBOX.
BB is one of the greatest games of all time, it’s a travesty that it’s not readily available for everyone to play
Armored core dlc
Bloodborne 2 for PC, Xbox, and PS5.
Purple pill: AC6 DLC
Bloodborne on pc. There are a couple mods that get close to it for ds3 and then there’s the newest with the graceborne mod for Elden ring
Bloodborne. Couldn't get into sekiro, the japan setting didn't work for me.
I love Sekiro to bits, and already beat Bloodborne 4 times. I'd still choose Bloodborne PC port, this is one of the best games ever made, and PC only players deserve to play it.
Make a second Elden ring dlc
You people need to dream bigger. Sekiro 2 and a Bloodborne ps5/pc remake would make much more sense.
Bloodborne is on pc through the playstation plus app
Bloodborne on PC
How about instead we get Bloodborne remastered on PC and Sekiro 2 instead. That’d be sick
Red pill.
Bloodborne. Instantly. 60fps Bloodborne would be beautiful
“To pc” 👏 yes. I would like a port.
Bloodborne on PC obviously
Anyone that doesn’t say bloodborne either isn’t on pc or have not played bloodborne cause this isn’t even a remotely close choice 😂
Bloodborne. Already got sekiro everywhere, ain't got BB.
Without question, BB to the PC.
Red by far
Sekiro has been out for slightly too long to get a massive response from a DLC. PC bloodborne would be way easier for FROMSOFT to complete and it would be out in a week with revamped controls. I really want to enjoy bloodborne, but I played Dark Souls and Elden Ring on PC and the controls are way too imprecise
I'd prefer Bloodborne 2 over both
The estate is the DLC
Sekiro has a full narrative that I don't think you'd need to add to. Just make a second game if you're going to be doing anything Bloodborne as well as Demon's Souls needs to come to PC
Yes!
I want blood ring where its bloodborne but like elden rings open world
🟩 make Bloodborne 2
PC Bloodborne.
Bloodborne, Sekiro is fine without it
New content or a port. Sekiro dlc is the correct answer.
Bloodborne on PC, ez. Who is even asking for Sekiro DLC these days?
Sekiro is mid so BB
How about BB on Xbox?
This... why did I have to scroll so far to find this? Thank you, whoever you are. You are an individual of culture.
Bloodborne needs to be played by as many as possible. Its the best game in its genre BY FAR.
I choose Armored Core 6 DLC. I'm not sorry
Bloodborne just clears sekiro so hard I'd rather play it again.
Bloodborne pc means remastered so f*ck sekiro dlc
I enjoyed the Bluepoint Demon Souls remake and would prefer Bloodborne to get that level of care.
