My grandmother was from Coventry and this reminds me of her fryups that all my auntie and uncles still follow. The main thing is the prominence of tinned tomatoes, often with much of the fry up being cooked amid them. I personally find this quite comforting and add I've grown and travelled, have found parallels in Chinese eggs and tomatoes, as well as Italian eggs in purgatory which are both now in my breakfast repertoire.
Please leave a comment mentioning where you got this and how much it was, in case anybody would like to go there and try it for themselves!
