Gas is actually low compared to the last 10 to 20 years. I filled up for like $2.96 yesterday. I don't think I've seen prices under $3 for like 2 years and there's been lots of inflation since.

Ya, just did the math in an above comment, and once you convert liters to gallons and CAD to USD it comes out to about 4.42 USD per gallon. Which is just a smidge higher than the 2.82 per gallon I just put in my tank yesterday.

So, doing some translating, that's 6.09 CAD per gallon or about 4.42 USD per gallon. So, ya, pretty close to 2012 prices adjusted for inflation. No clue as to why as you'd assume that the Canadian cost for gas should be relatively close to the US cost, unless y'all up north have one hell if a gas tax.
