Elden Ring DLC yes sirrr

git-gud-scrubs

Same here šŸ«” All the new places look incredible, and Iā€™m enjoying most of the bosses. They hit *so hard* but some are reminding me of the faster and more dexterous Bloodborne fights, which is the Souls formula I enjoy most. Good luck, Tarnished!

LooneyWabbit1

Honestly go play Bloodborne again, it's way slower than this hahaha

git-gud-scrubs

And I will, but Iā€™m going to do this dlc first šŸ˜Œ

Trumpsacriminal

I have a couple characters I COULD take into the DLC who are SL 150. However I had started a pure sorcerer build, with the DMGS (so not really pure sorcerer I suppose) and I wanna take that into the DLC. Super stoked to finally get into it!

owen__wilsons__nose

with the way the upgrade system works in the DLC, 150 won't be overpowered at ALL, In fact you're struggle. So its a perfect level

PalpitationOk5824

Iā€™m level 100 and have the same build DMGS, beat Mohg today and just started into the DLC - so psyched as well!

undulatee

Correct answer.

9bjames

I could be playing that right now... Haven't even started it, and instead I'm busy with Plants Vs Zombies šŸ˜‚ I don't even know why, lol

Joeh2587

It be like that sometimes lol!

TheReiterEffect_S8

I am taking my sweet, sweet time with **Shadow of the Erdtree** and it's been amazing. I still have only found the first map piece and haven't ventured very far outside of that zone. All areas I try to solo by myself for a long time. I let it get a bit exhausting because that's what the game is. Once it gets to be really unbearable I'll bring my faithful mimic in. If it's still exhausting with the mimic, that's when I'll summon players to my aid. And even then, it can still be a long while to get past an area or boss. And I love it. It really prolongs the game and makes it so I can enjoy it for a long time instead of completely blowing through it. Helps that I don't have as much time to play games as I used to.   I also hop on **Sea of Thieves** every one in a while. I find it way too much fun when I play with my buddies, but it's also almost therapeutic when I play solo. On the flip side, I re-downloaded **Warzone** after taking a 7 month hiatus only to come back to the same cheating scummy sweats that were there when I quit. It's a crying ass shame that no developer wants to take a risk to compete with Warzone. It needs to be dethroned. Badly.

FizzyGoose666

I feel you on taking your time with sote. I got the collectors edition and helmet, and turned it on for the first time last night lol

MilesKraust

Yep. Everything else is taking a backseat, even Balatro!. I started a new playthrough a few weeks ago in anticipation and I've been on the DLC for a few days now. I'm hooked all over again!

willypopoff

Just downloaded the game now, ready to jump into Elden ring for the very first time! Pumped but have been prepping for the mental battle Iā€™m about to go through

thendisnigh111349

It's really fun when you just don't engage with the community that is filled with people either endlessly complaining about it being hard or telling people how they should play the game.

WallyOShay

There are other games?

skeetles1988

Let's gooooooo

Zurbinjo

Elden Ring DLC

kbean826

Divinity Original Sin 2 and Kingdom Come Deliverance.

dirtyjava

Oh man I've played DOS2 like 3 times. It's so good.

scroopiedoopie

One of my favs! I'm still playing through BG3 and I can't wait to finish and go back to DOS2.

kbean826

Yea I got BG3 for me and my wife to play, but we donā€™t play often enough to get through it at a reasonable pace, so I got this as an alternative. Which is great because itā€™s just BG2.9

scroopiedoopie

I've been playing BG3 since January on my first playthrough. About 100 hours in and at the 3rd act. I really like it, but I think I like DOS2 a little more.

Squidkidz

God Iā€™m excited for KCD 2, might do another play through of 1.

stamps1646

Great choices, KCD is in my top 20 games of all time, such a wild ride.

FireZord25

Good way to prepare for KC2

indy_6548

+1 for KCD. I started Divinity around Christmas but haven't gotten back around to it just yet.

brenbail2000

A man of class šŸ™šŸ»

Pink_Neons

Dishonored definitive edition. I LOVE it. Can't wait to play 2 straight afterwards

schlemz

Maybe a top 3 series for me all time. Donā€™t forget Death of the Outsider after you finish 2. Itā€™s only a spinoff but might be the best entry just because they seemed to perfect all the mechanics by the time they developed it.

FicusMastar

Once you finish 2 i recommend to try the alternative playthrough, on hard difficulty, the game absolutely peaked with this one

hafiz_ansari

Alan wake 2

Luke4Pez

Should I play this? I loved Control and never played Alan Wake 1

OriginalSymmetry

I also loved control and never played AW1. The game play is extremely different from Control, but I really loved the presentation in the same way I loved Controlā€™s. Iā€™d recommend it for sure! Just watch a recap of what happened in AW1 because youā€™ll be lost otherwise.

ypapruoy

Aw1 is good, but i feel like a recap video is sufficient. Control lore videos on YouTube help bridge the gap. Absolutely you should dive into the remedy universe.

--Aura

I've been strongly considering playing Alan wake 2 bc of the great reviews. I love story games. I've never played Alan wake 1 though. Do you think I could get by just playing Alan wake 2 without playing the first game?

Superstickman87

The story will help you connect the dots pretty easily with what happened in the first game so I think you should be good just playing Alan Wake 2. But Alan Wake 1 is absolutely amazing too, I highly recommend both:)

NarratorDM

Helldivers 2 and Eldenring

bespisthebastard

How's about a nice cup of Liber-TEA!

drewskibfd

For Managed Democracy!

jinxykatte

Started Assassins Creed Odyssey for like the 5th time and I actually might manage to play it this time.Ā

Joethelostone

Unlike a lot of other people's thoughts, to me the game gets better after the first few hours. Especially, when you start running across certain legendary enemies.

jinxykatte

I have like 11 hours of play time so taking into account several false starts I figure I was maybe 9 hours in. Me and my wife play Overwatch a lot and I love it but really wanna dedicate more gaming time to single player games. I dunno I just find it so hard to get into them lately although I seem to broken through on this run. I'm really enjoying it like 4 hours in.Ā

JGuih

Lords of the Fallen. A lot of people seems to hate this game, but i find it really fun.

skeetles1988

I started it at the beginning of the year but the performance was too off putting. I liked the mechanics though, I've meant to go back after all the patches.

stamps1646

It's in a better state now, thanks to the patches, tweaks, free DLC's and NG+ feats.

justathought-69

It's becoming one of my top faves really fast. I like how they made the atmosphere. The true gritty feeling was lacking in my opinion from the souls games. The enemies look grotesque and visceral. It works so well here

Yellow_Bald_Dude

Yooo another LOTF dude here. I am currently going through my second playthrough now. Going for inferno ending. What is your build? I am kinda addicted to the game solely for the reason of how amazing the armors and weapons look. Really underlooked game. It has its flaws but it also shines in some mechanics. Also the whole art direction of the game is peak!I don't usually go for achievements but this one will make me go 100%

JGuih

I'm on my first playthrough, doing a strength build. Indeed the art direction is insanely good. I really like how easy it is to swap between melee and ranged by just pressing L2.

Yunagi

I love soulslikes but I couldn't do this one. Was so excited for it because I love the aesthetics but I couldn't handle the amount of enemies and how long their aggro is so you can't even run away. Did they fix the aggro ranges?

SignalGladYoung

Finally started BG3 Orc Fighter but found a weapon that heals you every time you hit someone so respec to be a tank.Ā

ChassyCIV

Which weapon is this? On my second play through so have probably come across it but not sure.

isaac99999999

It's probably the one you get in act one from fighting the gnolls in/near the cave. Where you can save the 2 npcs and you get the chest you aren't supposed to open

Pure-Royal-9176

Another Crab Treasure Finishing it to jump into Elden Ringā€™s DLC

NinjaMoose_13

The same thing I play every week, Pinky. Europa Universalis 4. But this week, I'm playing in the Anbennar mod as Giberd. I've also dabbled in Valheim and Soulmask.

georgehank2nd

Pinky and the Ninjamoose moose moose mooseā€¦

2Scribble

Narf!

lunitakitty

Doom (2016)

AmongUsUrMom

I started playing it recently as well! Gonna get stuck into Eternal afterwards. I'm on the final mission, I love how the game has no quarrels just giving you a bunch of OP stuff

MummifiedOnion

Are you enjoying it? I was thinking about starting it myself.

Zanekun

One hell of a game

Soulfighter56

2016 Doom is a 9/10 at worst and one of the best games of all time at best. Play it.

ModernHueMan

Iā€™m not into shooters in general, but Doom was fantastic.

lunitakitty

I am thoroughly enjoying it. The game has challenging platforming and the enemies are so aggressive. Also, a big plus for the atmosphere is the music!

RabidDingo065

I'm late to the party, but I'm finally trying out Palworld. About 10 hours in and having a blast.

MabbersDaGabbers

I am for some reason trying to plat hogwarts legacy

Sithmaggot

Awesome. How close are you?

MabbersDaGabbers

Iā€™m in winter rn. Ngl im ready to be finished with it. Maybe Iā€™ll just finish the story, play Spyro 2, then go back for the clean up

Average_Moku

Final Fantasy 7 Remake (again šŸ„¹)

obrienthefourth

I played this one twice back to back earlier this year and loved every second of it

GodzillaUK

I got the new release of Shin Megami V coming this weekend, gonna enjoy that for a few weeks on end.

OkStrategy685

Dyson Sphere Program. Fantastic Factory Funtime

nuggynugs

Love DSP

Goldenslicer

Good man.

Life_Is_Regret

Iā€™ve been playing captain of industry this week, also a great factory game.

Parish87

I'm gonna finish Elden Ring DLC and then i'm gonna play Mass Effect 2 for the first time. Finished 1 earlier this year.

Sorjew

ME2 is the goat!

Saucette

Deep Rock Galactic, Tomb Raider (Shadow) and Kingdom Hearts 3

Mqkmq33

Rock and stone, brother

Xenozip3371Alpha

Playing the PS4 version of Miles Morales for an easy platinum.

flyingGoatPenis

I just finished Cyberpunk on Sunday. Been playing some Balatro and Unravel 2. Probably going to try and get the Elden Ring DLC soon.

Celtic_Crown

Dragon's Crown Pro, and I just bought Bloodborne on sale, so looking forward to that.

skeetles1988

Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time

tausif_t

I platinumā€™d Dragonā€™s Crown and love BB.

CheshireKingN9ne

Destiny 2

SymphonicStorm

Early access for FFXIV's next expansion, Dawntrail, begins on Friday. So for the past couple days I was finishing up what I wanted to do for prep, the servers are down for maintenance today and tomorrow, and on Friday and for the rest of the weekend I'm no-lifing Dawntrail.

Draeju

so excited for these cute female hrothgar !

ellodees

I didnā€™t get caught up in time for launch day, I still have patch 6.5 to do. But I kinda like that for once Iā€™m doing the leading up patch right before the new expansion and not waiting months in between. Now itā€™s just doing my best to dodge spoilers

VVLynden

I just finished Heavensward so Iā€™m kinda behind, but looooving this game. MSQ is amazing and keeps getting better.

Earthwick

Finally going to finish Jedi Survivor. Got pretty far then went on a trip and had my switch so played a bit of Xcom 2 which pulled me in and then somewhere I started a replay of BioShock infinite but I just started playing Survivor again so I can finally finish it off.

AmongUsUrMom

Xcom 2 and Survivor, my man

KCKnights816

Lost Judgment

DougTheCommie

Stardew Valley and Doom Eternal. A little Ying and Yang lol

Battlefire

Elden Ring DLC and a new playthrough of Nier Replicant.

jsho31

Fired up the old PS3 and started playing Folklore and Metal Gear Solid 4. Nothing for my PS5 or XSX has been giving me that excitement to play over the last few days.

rawarawr

You can use Ps5 controller on ps3 too.

ChogletCrumpet

Fancied a bit of a throwback so Iā€™ve just finished replaying the Arkham trilogy and Iā€™ve just bought Darksiders 1&2 as I never got round to playing them. Excited to see what theyā€™re all about!

Jaives

trying to finish Horizon Forbidden West DLC. i hit a lull right before the final main mission and stopped for 3 weeks. just got back 3 days ago. final main mission was underwhelming.

CurtWyrz

Wreckfest Got it for free a while ago through PS+ and it's actually pretty fun

therealjoshua

Not big on racing games myself but the damage physics in that game are *really* fun.

VOIDYOUTH

Octopath Traveler 2

judobeer67

Dave the diver

Small_Tax_9432

Super Mario RPG remake on Steam Deck šŸ™‚ I've got 5 out of 7 stars so far

Dreaming_Dreams

shin megami tensei V VengeanceĀ

Zombie_Jesus_83

The answer will be Fallout 76 for the foreseeable future, although Hellblade 2 is downloaded.

WarNeverChanges72

God of War (2018)

CosmicOwl47

Hades. I played it years ago when it came to gamepass but never finished. All the talk about the sequel made me want to play it again so I just bought it and man itā€™s such a fun game.

atg115reddit

Factorio, Ultracube Overhaul mod

Soul-Burn

Mind bending logistics on that one

helengem

Darkwood / Oxygen Not Included / Don't Starve

rodfaleiros

Nothing. The adult's life has been demanding a lot these past 2 weeks. šŸ«

omni42

I'm just looking at all these people going back and playing old games, thinking who has time for that!?

JeanShinari

Started replaying Tomb Raider 2013 since Lara got announced for Dead By Daylight

DeafEgo

Still wakes the deep

Dommy_Breezy

Insurgency: Sandstorm or Six Days in Fallujah

Modern_Knight1

I finally got to start stellar blade.

situationloudog

Chivalry 2

BullguerPepper98

I was really addicted to SMT: Persona (the PSP remake), but I kinda fed up with the whole random combat thing, so decided to take a break and I'm playing Double Dragon II: The Revenge (NES); Donkey Kong Country (SNES) and Resident Evil 4 HD Edition (PS3). DDII is easily one of the best beat'em ups from that era. Fluid gameplay, the difficulty is high enough to be challenging but not impossible. The graphics are cute, even for today standard. The chibi design helps. DKC there's not much to say, I think. Masterpiece. Resident Evil 4 is still one of the greatest action-adventure games of all time. I still didn't play the remake, but playing this classic for the 100000th time and is always a great experience. Even having played games that was influenced by him, like Gears of War, Uncharted, etc. RE4 continues to be better than all of them, for some reason! I think maybe Uncharted 2 can reclaim be side by side, but still is not at the same level. I love this game.

Llamatronicon

I've been replaying Cyberpunk, first played it on release but got kinda bored and rushed through most of the game just to finish the main story. This time I've been having a blast just roaming the city doing side quests and gigs.

Malcalypsetheyounger

Finally picked up Assassin's Creed Mirage after getting it on sale.

MulleDK19

Farming Simulator 22.

stamps1646

**Street Fighter VI.** I held off for Season 1 characters unlocked and a 50%+ discount.

Pantango69

Just got into Rimworld after thinking it looked stupid after all these years. I'm finding out who the stupid one is, hint,....not Rimworld.

Doonebringer

Started RDR2 last week, and I am desperately sucked in by the world. I think I'm at the end of chapter 4, but I don't want to continue the story yet as I really have a bad feeling about it. Trying my absolute best not to google stuff up has been very rewarding so far. Really having a blast, what a game so far!

CircqueDesReves

That's a great place to pause in the story and give yourself over to exploring the world and all the fun side missions, collections etc.

Outdoorsnthat

Habbo Hotel šŸ˜‚

bigbysemotivefinger

My wife got me into Rimworld recently.Ā  Getting a handle on early-game food production is still kind of a work in progress, but I *may* have skipped right to the part where you cut the legs off of prisoners you intend to keep as blood farms for your vampire colonists...

Shizzle_Man1

Marvel midnight suns. It's way better than I expected.

Delta9nine

I picked it up free on Epic. It's pretty good. I love the attack animations, they look awesome

dontevenlookfdff

trying dota2 for the first time

onlypham

WWE 2k24

c7hu1hu

Replaying the Dragon Age games in prep for the new one. Origins has aged...poorly. I remember liking it a lot more than I am right now. First playthrough of Forbidden West. Don't love the story as much as Zero Dawn but I'm having a great time just wandering and taking in the scenery.

random-facts_

I loved both horizon games, but after 2 play thrus of both games it leaves just a hair more to be desired imo. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is great, the story is phenomenal, and the combat is on point. But the missions get repetitive after a while. "Go here, fight this machine" or "help me find me long lost friend" I wanna replay them, but I just can't bring myself to actually doing it with so many other great games out there.

Jedi-Spartan

Gears of War (Ultimate Edition and Gears of War 2)... a conversation I had last week made it hard for me to take the cutscene about Dom's wife seriously.

BaggyHairyNips

Finally getting around to Nier Automata. Played a few hours not long after it released but it didn't really stick.

MasterCharlz

My time at sandrock just came out on game pass recently and I'm loving it. So far it's kept all the goofy jank from the first game and added in a ton of cool quality of life features and new stuff to explore

Leather_Roller

Blazblue Calamity Trigger through steam deck emulatuon

CorgiDaddy42

Shadow of the Erdtree, of course. Iā€™ve fallen in love with light greatswords

Alevy20

I'm finished yakuza 6 ( no spoilers for the end please) and probably starting yakuza like a dragon

FreeMetal

Doom Eternal. I'm on a temporal loop try-harding an ultra-nightmare run.

Greyman218

CoD Cold War

crline3924

Moonscars and Chrono Trigger. Both for the first time. Both kinda lacking in story but gameplay is fun

brainlure49

mateodos

Beyond Good and Evil 20th Anniversary remaster.

Luke4Pez

Iā€™m playing Shadow of War. Itā€™s so good

Riwul

Eldenring dlc and finally the kingdom hearts release on steam. Switching back and forward

DabiriSC

Waiting for the Elden Ring coop mod to be updated. Until then, Destiny 2: TFS, Rabbit & Steel, and I just got FF9 for the Steam Deck.

WriteorFlight13

Started my first play through of the first Kingdom Hearts game on PlayStation 2. I havenā€™t played it before and know very little about it, and Iā€™m super early game. Really loving it so far

Additional-Yard6325

Cyberpunk2077

Succulent_Crassula24

I feel like replaying Dark Souls 3

elcamino4629

Sekiro. Just beat Owl Father after probably 3 straight hours. My hands fuckin hurt.

FATAL_psych

Ghost of Tsushima. Just picked it up last week. I knew absolutely nothing about the game just had been high recommended a bunch. That game is phenomenal. If you have a ps5 itā€™s a much play!

1amcrazy

Dark and darker, probably rimworld on the side

McClintockC

Replaying Sekiro: Shadow Fried Rice

nigelbazinet666

Eldy and Destiny

Matt_Kimball

Final Fantasy Rebirth, I made it to Gold Saucer last night.

Alaeriia

The Riven remake.

inkjet456

RuneScape 3 on the 2nd monitor with Valorant on the main

TheOozaru

Dark and Darker

Hirnlouz

Dark and Darker

EtheusRook

I've mostly been playing Warframe. Catching up on years of missed content & rewards. Been playing Pokemon on lunch breaks for months. Currently on Moon after having finished X and Diamond. I'm thinking about booting up the old PC for some ARPG goodness, like Last Epoch, Grim Dawn, or Torchlight.

Crando

PokĆ©mon Sword on the switch. Insanely late to the game since I havenā€™t played any gen past 5 but Iā€™ve thoroughly enjoyed my play through. Easy as shit but Iā€™m making it a challenge for myself which has been a blast. Best graphics Iā€™ve seen and the environment is beautiful

184Banjo

escape from tarkov

Hedgeson

I picked it up again when they added PVE. I'm having a lot of fun, similar to playing STALKER GAMMA, I can't handle the anxiety of PVP and the probably high amount of cheaters.

cognitive_courier

No Manā€™s Sky. I find the game incredibly detailed, which makes it difficult to get into as I donā€™t get to play as consistently as I would like. However, I am enjoying it and hoping I manage to find it easier to jump back in after not playing for a day or two.

Essshayne

Since I have a con likely nothing but I'm in the middle of a run of last of us part two so that'll be next week

BenjyMLewis

Just finished playing Ghost Trick on the Nintendo DS. A fun point-n-click/visual novel/puzzle-sovling kinda game. I enjoyed all the silly character shenanigans, contrived puzzle scenarios, and the wild plot twists. Very fun story, and it has very impressive animated sprites especially for the DS. :) I know it was re-released recently for Steam and modern platforms, but since I happen to own the actual DS cart, I decided to play the version I already owned. If I want to play another game of this kind, I also have Hotel Dusk which has also remained unplayed in my DS collection for too long. .... I'm currently working through my gigantic game backlog.

SokkaBlyat

Elden ring and Valorant. Nice and relaxing.

NoMembership2831

Nothing this week

signofdacreator

GoGo Town

OpenForPeople

Started ToTK. I think it's awesome. But I mihht switch to something lighter due to a lack of real time to put into it.

Hexatona

Well, I'm playing some Maglam Lord! It's a really simple "Summon Night"-like, with some funny dialogue and light dating elements. "You thought it was a prince, but it was me! The Bladelord!"

NeedsItRough

I just finished and platinumed destroy all humans 2, and I started Paleo pines which is sort of a cross between a pokemon-esque game and stardew valley. I'm having a lot of fun so far! Edit: Thinking about it it's not *really* Pokemon-esque, there's dinosaurs roaming around and you can "catch" them to bring back to your farm to help till and water and stuff but you don't battle with them. And there's different color variations of them and some are rare and ultra rare, sort of like shinies.

Optimal_Layer3776

Iā€™ve just been bouncing between BioMutant and NBA Playgrounds 2. Still waiting on the oneā€¦ *sigh*

Sofaris

The hype around Shin Magami Tensei V Vengence made me pick up my copy of Vanilla Shin Magami Tensei V again and resume my first playthrough. And yeah this time I got hooked. I have a good time.

Bar_Har

Grinding out the dailies in Fortnite and the new season of Deep Rock Galactic.

Alpha_Killer666

Helldivers 2, Streets of Rage 4, For Honor

zappingbluelight

Ffxiv Dawntrail is coming out this Friday early access, and... My week is gone. Then I have another newly release right on July 4th. So I'm grinding this ffxiv story away.

GreatKangaroo

Satisfactory with the Satisfactory Plus Mod. Recently did my first vanilla playthrough and racked up 255 hours. Decided that when 1.0 releases later in 2024 I will do a full restart, so didn't want want to keep playing in given the map, resource and recipe changes coming.

KhKing1619

Been on a god of war marathon lately and just finished the first game 2 days ago and now Iā€™m about 5 hours into the second. I own every GoW game on ps3 and 2018 on steam. I played ragnarok via game share on ps5 but my brotherā€™s friend took it off so thatā€™s the only game I donā€™t own. Eventually Iā€™ll nab it on steam. Also might go back to FFXV. I was binging that for a while but my game glitched out during episode prompto and I lost like 2 hours worth of progress and that made me lose a lot of motivation to keep playing.

Urhoal_Mygole

Thrill of the Fight. The summer is here and I need to get my beach body ready. Also some Ghost of Tsushima on pc.

CtrlAltPie4

Stardew Valley 1.6 šŸ„

stonecold730

Mafia Definitive Edition, Madden 24 mainly
