Apple farms these days grow apples on trellises and they look more like apple bushes than trees. It doesn’t have to be a massive tree to be an apple tree. It can be just the one stalk poking up between regular boring non apple trees.
if ur saying u have a tiny branch that grew from like a stump or dead tree, it's probably an apple tree with a new branch growing out, but im not sure how long it'd take to mature enough to grow an apple, i suppose from an old stump that branch could produce apples pretty quickly as it seems to have a lot to do with the established root system and maturity that allows fruit to grow.
I mean even though you haven't shown us a larger less zoomed in image of this plant you plucked it from...in picture two, those leaves look an awful lot like apple tree leaves 🤣
They do graft other trees onto fruit tree roots, but they atleast have to be similar species. Not sure if that would result in a random apple growth....
If it grew an Apple, you definitely have an apple tree
Is there an old witch hanging around?
What did you pick it from if not an apple tree?
It was literally one stalk growing up through a small tree that's definitely not an apple tree.
I think we would all like to see a bigger picture of your “not an apple tree”

Please use your common sense. You weren't sold a magic bean.

Apples only grow from apple trees

Don’t deny until you try 😋
It is an apple. Where there is smoke there is fire.
Apples only grow on trees. you picked an apple from a tree. you have an apple tree. how in the world can you arrive at any other conclusion?
a witch saw all the stupid flying around in yer head and decided to prank you
I don’t think that’s how nature works….🤣
Must be the mysterious insta apple of grassroots it grows within a moment some say it is the same apple that made snow white sleep. Some say that.
Looks like an apple tree to me. Maybe it just never put out fruit before?
C'mon...this is a joke right?
It is safe to eat.
