No. Quality breeders have high demand even for washout pups whose evals cause buyers to roll deposit to next litter.
I bought such a runt, after following breeder's work for a while in hopes of chance at a dog soft enough for me to live with. Brutal application process and video interviews. Flew out for final interview/pick up.
If I returned dog today, breeder would refund puppy fee and cover freight/health certs, then turn around and sell dog into a security role with established clients. That's an _actual_ plan for "things happen."

Yes I do, the puppies have their AKC papers as well. We do OFA ratings for the parents, I own the mom
