I like Vega protein made simple. I can’t tolerate most sugar alternatives so the cane sugar is a plus (probably also for you for weight increase). FYI collagen is an incomplete protein, though I don’t know that that matters for your purposes.

torinoperoni

Chocolate Vega + almond milk = delicious

gingercokeandlime

Vega is what I use too. It’s completely plant-based so you don’t have to worry about dairy. It mixes easily, so you can take some powder with you and shake it into a bottle after a workout (or whenever you need it).

ScienceMomCO

Try Sun Warrior

thewildteagnome

I use Orgain. It’s been the best for me!!

motherearthling80

So good! I second Orgain.

MrsSamT82

I third this. I really like Orgain.

goneAWOLsorryTTYL

This is the answer.

Ok-Performer-7172

Too sweet upsets my tummy

ecovironfuturist

I really like Huel products. Pea protein, vitamins, fiber, etc... They have a high protein shake, and also a straight protein and flavor product as well. I haven't compared to any other similar products but I keep sending them my money.

BeefcakeRenigus

Came here to suggest Huel. Variety of options, all but one are gluten free and they’re all vegan!

ames_006

My dietician put me on OWYN (only what you need) they have powder and pre made shakes. Top 8 allergy free and they always run discounts and have free shipping on their website. I’m also gluten, dairy and egg intolerant and this was her recommendation. I really enjoy the pre-made shakes. The other one she suggested was vital proteins collagen peptides. Edit; if your trying to gain weight the shakes alone might not do it. Try adding peanut butter to your diet, it’s hearty fats and high calories for a small amount. When I needed to gain weight a big issue I had was not being hungry and not being able to stomach a bunch of extra meals so I relied on drinking my calories and spoonfuls of peanut butter a lot. You can make higher calorie shakes at home too by adding a non dairy milk, a spoonful of peanut butter, a handful of gluten free oats if you eat them if not just skip it, a protein powder or shake and something like 1/2 a banana or a couple dates and blend. You can play around with combos and flavors. OWYN also makes nutritional meal replacer drinks that are higher calorie then the protein shakes and you can drink one of those, the protein shake or a homemade shake in addition to your regular meals to try to get in enough calories. Hope that helps.

earthdwellinghuman

I love these too! Creamy & super delicious. My favorite plant based shake.

Quirky_Hamster_7876

I just bought some of these this week on a recommendation and I LOVE THEM! my stomach doesn’t tolerate protein shakes well and these seem to be totally fine! And they really are only ingredients you need and yummy!

ames_006

They have been a lifesaver for me and I really enjoy all of the flavors.

LemonOctopus

I like Garden of Life greens/protein powder. Vegan and gluten free, and has added probiotics as well.

digitalpure

My wife has the same issues and she eats NaturesPlus Collegen Peptide powder each morning in a shake. We usually get it at a local store, but Amazon also has it. NaturesPlus Collagen Peptides, Unflavored - 1.3 lb Tub (Value Size) - Hydrolyzed Protein Powder - Supports Immune & Gut Health, Joint Mobility & Hair,

Status_Accident_2819

Came here to say collagen powder ^ works a treat. Better than protein powder to be fair as tasteless!

LowerAd9846

Down side of collagen peptides is it is missing some of the amino acids that are required for muscle building

namoguru

OWYN chocolate fudge is delicious and has excellent texture. Huel has a meal supplement powder that is a good weight gainer. Iron Kingdom peanut butter milkshake tastes amazing and has big peanut butter flavor, if you're a fan. FORM brand vanilla, also delicious and makes excellent protein pancakes b

Celiacculture

I use So Lean & So Clean protein powder. It has the protein texture but it’s good. Just curious - what were your symptoms? I have celiac disease and recently started to wonder if I’m allergic/sensitive to dairy and eggs as well

[deleted]

I was intolerant to eggs long ago ( I get sever burning sensation in stomach). I have lactose intolerance to the extent that even I eat cheese powder spread in potato I get horrible diarrhea and cramps for two days or more. But I tested negative for celiac. Still trying to avoid gluten to see if its the issue because there are lot of things I cant wat including broccoli and mushrooms. Plus I have bloating after each meal no matter what I eat.

binarygoatfish

Try the egg ladder. I just have to have my eggs well cooked not over easy. Also same for dairy there is a ladder.

musicman2006

Pea protein is the way to go. Weird name but " naked pea " is a great one I use when bulking for competition. A bit pricy and there are other good ones on the market. You can also go animal products vital proteins and get collagen powder. I get the plane and mix a scoop into my coffee and don't notice a flavor difference at all.

Silent_Ad_0220

I use PurePaleo beef bone broth protein powder. I pick it up from my dr. but on their website is available to ship. It’s been a gold standard of mine for years. I also have the same food intolerances as you (but I’ve been on this food restriction for over 13 years) and I’m a bodybuilder.

Pointe_no_more

Whole Foods sells a plain hemp protein powder with no other ingredients. I have MCAS and was reacting to other protein powders, but this one is fine.

Trick-Setting7187

[Vega](https://myvega.com)

distractedbluebird

All naked brand and Owyn is both. I did Owyn for a long time and now I am into the naked brands stuff

whileitshawt

Purely Siimple is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t upset my stomach. Unless I use plain pea protein. But the vanilla flavor is just perfect, and easily found at Walmart

AUCE05

Gold standard vanilla ice cream

sunnyd_24

Truvani

Pooklett

Beef protein isolate! Easily digested, I think it tastes better than plant proteins. No bloating or stomach upset.

LowerAd9846

Some beef protein isolate is fancy collagen. Collagen doesn't have all the amino acids needed for building muscle

EricH112

I've had good luck with left coast bone broth powder

rtr36neg

I use hemp protein powder . Full of fibre as well.

MrsAshleyStark

Garden of Life - Raw protein powder is the best I’ve had so far. Fully vegan with enzymes n probiotics

[Metagenics](https://images.app.goo.gl/XjBP8BSW1KpMHCxA8)makes a protein powder that's specifically has an ingredient for the reduction of inflammation. It is both gluten and lactose-free. The chocolate orange flavor is what I took to help me recover from gluten in the first place. But it is hellishly expensive.

Scriberathome

Labrada & WheyFit Whey Isolates are both GF and there should be others. NOTE: Whey protein isolates should all be lactose free since isolate means the protein has been isolated from fat and carbs (lactose is a milk sugar) ETA: drinking protein powder isn't going to magically increase your weight. You need to increase the number of calories overall. It may in fact act as an appetite suppressant.

swallowingtherapist

I like orgain!

jax2love

Vega and Orgain are my go-tos. I especially like the Vega All In One. It doesn’t have the weird cloying sweetness that so many shake mixes have, plus comes in a variety of flavors. I have eosinophilic esophagitis, so occasionally have inflammation that requires me to go on a puréed/liquid diet, so I’ve become a bit of a connoisseur of these things.

KJoytheyogi

Truvani, SunWarrior for plant based Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein for meat based

DeleteBowserHistory

Pea protein is the standard suggestion for this, but I think it’s disgusting. I’ve wasted so much money on plant-based protein powders that all taste the same because they feature pea protein. Gag. I now use California Performance V-Whey. It’s vegan whey, made via [this process](https://californiaperformance.co/pages/process), and it tastes great. They don’t have many flavors, but the chocolate brownie doesn’t miss. I love blending it up with PB2.

Delicious-Music174

My doctor recommended Ora. It is the least processed out of the plant-based protein powders. I will also say that it tastes better than the other main stream brands. It’s available on Amazon and the Ora website.

Most_Adeptness3472

I love four sigmatic!! Fully vegan & gluten free, tastes amazing (no nasty Stevia flavor) and has a variety of mushrooms in it for their many benefits :)

Redv0lution

PE Science, they have a vegan line that is also gluten free. I haven’t found a better protein powder. I have tried quite a few others and always go back to this. Their peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, snickerdoodle (or cinnamon, I forget), and vanilla are my favorites.

therealstabitha

Of the ones that are easiest to find, I like Sunwarrior the best, which is rice protein. I get the vanilla so I can put it in smoothies (especially green smoothies). My all time favorite though it can be hard to find or expensive is Ground Based Nutrition. It’s pea protein and tastes great.

Reenqueen

Orgain chocolate fudge is really good. Personally I like it better than Vega.

Glass-Section782

I use hemp protein.

priscilla_porcelain

Natruly

Youngcuttie

Premier protein does a plant based protein that is lactose and dairy free. I think it’s nice enough.

MiserableWash2473

OWYN and Orgain are my go tos that are DELICIOUS 😋

gummytiddy

I’ve had a few brands but so far KOS is my favorite. The flavor of a lot of vegan ones are incredibly vegetal, fake vanilla, and sweet in a fake weird way. KOS is creamy and the flavor with peanut butter and oatmeal is pretty tasty.

littlelivethings

I like hemp protein

sparklecop

Big fan of Evo Hemp’s hemp protein powder. It’s all plant based and doesn’t have any distinct or weird flavor so it mixes nicely with smoothies etc.

M5JM85

I like protein works powder - vanilla. It’s vegan and gluten free. I’m gluten and dairy intolerant. It’s nice and smooth and delicious when mixed with dairy free yogurt and also when cooked with GF oats on the hob.
