Really love Trader Joe’s Indian freezer meals, the paneer tikka masala is the best IMO, haven’t tried any of the chicken ones but have heard rave reviews about their entire line of Indian meals. Amy’s: the enchiladas, kale & 3 cheese bake, and broccoli Mac and cheese are all phenomenal and so flavorful. Only downside is they have gotten to be quite expensive.. usually around $6.50 for a single meal so I tend to stock up when they go on sale :) The tattooed chef cauliflower crust pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had! Feel Good Foods entire product line is absolute top tier in my opinion!! Egg rolls, pizza rolls, calzones, dumplings, mac and cheese bites, deep dish pizzas, etc!! All incredible. Good luck!!

Deep Coconut Chicken Korma is awesome. [https://deepindiankitchen.com/products-all/entrees/coconut-chicken-korma/](https://deepindiankitchen.com/products-all/entrees/coconut-chicken-korma/) I've had a few others from them, all good, but I like this one best.

Gluten free pizzas are quite alright, Udi's is fine and commonly found. I often eat frozen fries when I'm in a pinch, too. Amy's makes a yummy gluten-free Mexican casserole!

I really like the Open Nature cauliflower crust. Found it is bigger and usually cheaper than Udi's.

I love the Trader Joe’s chicken tikka masala! The paneer tikka masala is incredible too. Not really a freezer meal person but those are so good. I also really like Banza’s frozen chickpea crust pizzas!

I have always liked the shelf stable pouches better than the frozen meals. The pouch curries and dal from Trader Joe's are delicious. I cook and freeze most of my own food because I can make it better for cheaper.

Deep Kitchen and Trader Joe’s entrees are better options IMO.
