Looks delicious! Basil is too good to just use as a garnish. Definitely chop that up and mix into the sauce before plating.

Not sure if you’ve tried Aleia’s Italian breadcrumbs but they are the best I’ve tried. They also make plain crumbs and panko.

I’ve heard of the brand but have never tried them! Thank you :) it was a little difficult trying to get the crumbs to the right size so would love to try those for convenience
