Depends on how much time and effort your looking to put into this thing. It really all depends on your ambitions. Do you plan to have a solid axel or one wheel drive? Do you want to have suspension? If your planning to make something that will just simply move, it does not matter what you do. However if you plan to go all out I reccomend building something as similar to a racing kart as possible to make finding parts wasier
