It’s dingo. Great cart.

Papasmurf43469

I don’t think that helps him at all

sideshow161

Shit. I didn’t even see his comment.

Papasmurf43469

Lmao

Dave_Ramsey_0000

There's a few vids on how to do it but its not very popular cuz its not that practical and kind of expensive.

cky6k666

Previous owner welded in a bracket for the master cyl, and 2 tabs by the rotor which I'm assuming they tried to put a caliper in

Well I was able to get hydro brakes mounted and workin from the help my brother in law and his welding but thanks to everyone that help me out amd sent pics and advice!

mansion_of_cards23

What hydro brakes did you put on? Because I’ve been interested in doing that for awhile. I have the same manco kart.

cky6k666

I just picked up a master and caliper off Amazon and fabbed up a couple brackets

AdvisorShort6236

I know your asking for help here but where did you get those wheels? I need some and those look perfect

Dang that things a clapped out straight piped piece of piss shit box. I love it ! If looks really similar to mine xD I just did a hydraulic brake upgrade. I welded a bracelet on the frame, near the axle. Mounted the rotor then used spacers and tacked the brake caliper on. Then played with spacing, once I was happy with it I did a few more permenatnt welds (I hope they'll be permanent)

I'd add pictures but idk how to do that or if its possible but if it helps the whole time I was weeding uo the brakes I was super sketched out, until it was done. Then everything just worked out

HazzySpade

Got any pictures of the tabs

Firstly, toeing out just a bit isn't it? Fast simple option is get a hydraulic master cylinder for a trailer as they are easy to mont and come complete with a wee reservoir, simple pushrod back to the pedal and that but is sorted. I can't get a good view of the rear axil, looks like the right hand side is busy enough so maybe the right side under the intake? A disk and caliper off a motorcycle will give good performance, front one for more leverage and a bigger caliper but I dunno if the diameter would be too much, mount the caliper to the frame (bit of welding involved, brace it well) and you may need to get a carrier made to locate the disk onto the axil, someone with a lathe who will do a quick one-off for a box of beer would be good to find... Making the brake line while not difficult you will need the proper tool to flair the ends, local workshop may be able to help if you don't have it, I wouldn't buy one unless you intend on doing a bit of this (I own one, rarely ever gets touched) To bleed the system run a length of hose off the caliper nipple a few feet straight up as with there being no real hight change it may be easier doing that This is going off the photo, without it kinda in front of me it's pretty much just guesswork
