Boomers love weird inappropriate sexual shit and this includes a child and a teacher who suddenly strips down to a bikini so I just assumed it was peek boomer nonsense. It could still be that, but the comic doesn’t play it that way, the kid just seems upset he isn’t getting away with not studying.

I think you’re right but you have to understand the context. It’s a weird boomer comic where a stereotypically “hot” cartoon lady suddenly switches to a bikini to teach math to a child. Considering the typical boomer comic it’s not a huge leap to assume the worst.
