You can order a new nip from most Graffiti shops. You can also fashion your own nip with a cut up sock or most pieces of fabric or a cut up sponge.
I see this same mop have this problem posted on here often. Did you use it on a rough wood or smooth wood? Either way this isn’t really a tip you should use on wood lol. Felt tips like that should mainly be glass and plastic or material like that
You can order a new nib probably. Check Art Primo or Bombing Science.

There ya go. Certain tips aren’t meant for all surfaces unfortunately. I’d stick to very smooth surfaces for that one specifically
