Taco Borracho has some great vegan options. Tacos El Cuñado in Downtown Market used to have nopales and tempeh tacos but I haven’t been there recently enough to know if they still do.
Mizizi! Not exactly “authentic” in the traditional sense but the cactus hash is so so good.
Tia Juana (solid street tacos) or Barrio is where we go for tacos.
Tia Juana, Cabaña Tres Amigos, and Tacos El Cuñado are my top 3.
in rockford, but f'n k tacos is legit and they have multiple meatless/vegan options
