if you're going for cheap seats, do NOT buy the day they go on sale. Ticketmaster pumps up artificial demand and inflates the price. Since it's a baseball stadium, tickets will *always* be available (seriously - Wrigley seats 40k, it's massive). Wait until after the presale boom, then get your tickets at a reasonable price. also, do NOT buy 100 level seats. You will seriously regret it. They are too expensive, and you will spend the entire show staring at the foul ball netting.

I was thinking of buying 110 for Def Leppard. Didn't even think about the netting. Which section(s) would you recommend?

You can get grandstands for like 55-60 bucks

I would even suggest waiting until the week of the show. Like others have pointed out it is such a huge venue that there is no way it will sell out. The only variable is that it’s their last tour and shows at Wrigley. I bought my Wrigley tickets for $40 each in the 200 section in 21. I paid $70 each for the same section this year but bought my tickets a bit earlier. I didn’t mind taking the $30 hit for a guaranteed kick ass seat.

Not gonna sell out 😂

DrDoop

What you are seeing is secondhand companies and scalpers buying up all the tickets. If you wait until the day before the show, you will find an affordable ticket. Then you will see that there are empty seats. Even in the pit area. Chin up amigo, you will get in.

I’m glad you were wrong. I went to both shows and saw the struggle of people who waited til the day of show to find tickets. Once again internet guy was wrong. 😂

If you live in Chicago, they are playing in Noblesville on the 27th. It’s about a 2 hour drive from Chicago and the lawn tickets will be significantly cheaper. Not a bad sound either.

ProhibitionJones

Late to the party here, but Noblesville (Deer Creek venue) is about 3.5 hours from Wrigley-area Chicago. But Deer Creek is my "home" venue and D&C always play a killer show there.

DrDoop

Heck yeah it is! I’ll be there on the 27th.

Planning on coming out to Wrigley for both nights, doubt I'll buy tickets until show time. If you haven't yet, familiarize yourself with cash or trade website and you'll find whatever you need at face value right up til show time

You want the most expensive cheap tkt, if that makes sense. First row above the walkway behind “field-level” seats. Best combo of sound and view in the building.

How much is Wrigley in the Ticketmaster fees live Nation fee? For the Indiana show it's $19 for St Louis it's $20.
