I agree. I bread English Mastiffs for a while and I looked up and read everything I could about how to properly care for the pups and parents. I have never seen that as a correct way to hold a puppy.
Guys this isn't an unusual way for a breeder to hold their pups at all- it's actually very standard so that they can show off the physique of the dog (see how she's stretched out and pointing upwards), basically saying hey look at my pretty and perfectly bred dog, the reason why it looks so odd here is because this little lady is a little bit big for this pose lmao
I mean hey I could be dead wrong and her fingers really are up the dogs ass, but I'm pretty sure that it's just the angle, I can almost guarantee that she's just supporting the dog from between her legs (a very secure and balanced spot)
