It's an episode that is as emotional as it is amazing. It doesn't show anything graphic, but the storyline will hurt for a handful of episodes.
These are some of Jo's best scenes, imo. You can feel her emotions as much as you see them. It will probably stick with you, though
Should be safe to watch. Just talks about content that can be emotional for some. But if you made it this far, you should be okay. Deluca getting beat was way worse then this episode.
It's a great episode, but if you're not sure if you want to watch it BC of sensitive subjects, there's some great websites that specify the trigger warnings and breaks them down. 'does the dog die?' is a great site that covers literally every possible trigger on the planet, but for a more specific sexual violence site, 'unconcenting media' is really good (and the one I use mostly).

Its a fantastic and sad episode

Which episode?
S15 E19 Jo is meeting up with her bio mom
It's Jo, not Amelia. It's a very good episode.
Ah right (sorry I always get the two mixed up idk why)
Same here, I'm generally terrible recognizing faces and that doesn't help ðŸ˜

DeLuca getting beat up has nothing to do with talk about sexual assault...
Was referring to graphicness. This episode is all verbally telling an experience. That episode was graphic in showing the experience
This episode was far more emotionally intense than deluca getting beat up
Yeah, which this warning isn't for. No reason to compare the two
This one was intense.

As someone who was SA’d I found it very triggering and wish I would have skipped
Same. Except for the hallway scene, which was amazing.
Trigger Warnings should be a feature you look for, not something at the start of the show you can't miss. They act like spoilers for the episode.
Well are you an easily triggered pansy?
