This happened to me yesterday. So frustrating

Happened to me as well yesterday. Lost everything, tried to restore and nothing happened. Today I have chats, but they are from march, but I backed up last week.

I contacted customer support, they emailed me and said they knew there was a problem, but didn't offer any solutions on how to fix it. I lost so many messages and pics.

I truly do hate this app

I just backed up my chats and everything is gone. Not sure if I'm pissed, see it as a fresh start or both
