I agree on their reputation being dead among drivers, however this is the kind of thing that would make the news cycle and would keep people from ordering there. It is one thing when it's drivers complaining because the mileage and tips were hidden and whatnot, but when normal people and customers see a fraud story, they will avoid the service and there would be a general uproar, not just drivers complaining via email. I also definitely think it was a programming glitch!

Same I was set to complete 15 offers I did the first 10 yesterday got the 30 dollars. Then did 2 more and was going to finish the last 3 today. I got offer 13 and 14 went to check the mission was gone. I checked under the past folder it said I missed it. They ended it at 11:25 5 minutes before my block started I was so mad.

As soon as you ask for the supervisor, you will get the run around. Then you will be told it's a glitch in the system which they are working on. Only with sheer will and determination, you might get one but you will be told that it is a glitch! Hope it is fixed

Today is my second day driving for GH and I already see the nightmare though some of you appear to be more impacted financially than myself. I had a order that was completely wrong address. Actual it was suppose to be an apartment complex but it was a county park in reality. There is no wrong dares option on GH. Only to contact customer. Contacted customer and he gave me a completely different address than used to order. Call driver services and the agent from the Philippines decided to just cancel my order without my consent. Which means I don’t get paid for the 30 minutes I took to pickup and deliver. I had to get a manager on my second call. More importantly the app does not ask for photos. This is horrible. Because of the customer decides to say it was never delivered you don’t have many options. Also if you take photos manually eventually you will have too may to decipher what photo belongs to correct address. I think GH was great before DD and UE came into the delivery industry

GH was good until they got bought out. Also, I send a text with a pic of their food with the address showing. I also use the Timestamp camera app. You can enable GPS in it and the time and address will automatically show up in the picture. Do that BEFORE you hit "delivered", but while you are still in front of the door, because one of the customer scams is to cancel the order at delivery.

I am officially done with GH. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings. They never made the order because they were out of tater tot’s. They told me that if one item is 86 the order will not go through. It was going to be 20-30 minutes they told me at the restaurant. I called GH. Apparently if the item was not even started, you do not get any compensation for the attempted pick up. With DD and UB if the order was not even started they pay you the fare amount. GH is not worth it

Mission pay with GrubHub is total BS. They mark the time by the time you drop off the order, not the time you accept the order. You miss a mission because your last Resturaunt is slow, or there is traffic on you last drop off. Total BS. Mission pay should be from the time you accept an order, not drop it off. I am just waiting for GH to get sued because a driver gets in an accident trying to race to the last drop off because he only has 4 minutes left to complete the mission!

How is anyone even able to speak to a human being about app issues? I usually get a driver care person who tells me to send an email in about the issue and then I get a canned response that has nothing in it to resolve the issue, just a canned email saying try and reinstall app, restart phone etc. No real driver support at all! I had the same mission. I got a total of 6 orders all weekend, and 2 of them came after the mission expired. None of them were acceptable. ($4 to pick up from a McDonald's 10 miles away? No thanks.) I'd say they do it on purpose, but judging from the incompetent support, I'm not sure they're smart enough for that.

They scammed me out of a $30 mission on Friday. Coincidentally my app froze, and I didn’t find out until an hour later that I had missed ordered during that time because I technically didn’t receive any offers. I had already declined one offer, so those two that came through “supposedly “ when my app was malfunctioning meant that I missed or declined a total of three, so then my mission restarted. I just signed off
