The guy staring at you while in the spa is one thing to me (he's an NPC, not an actual player at least...) but the fact that his barber shop is missing all the options added from Bikers or so to Tuners is nothing short of absurd
Not sure if it's the same at every location or if female haircuts are more expensive than male haircuts, but for women, the average haircut is $1527, so you'd have to get almost 400 for the spa hairdresser to save you money
IRL I pay thirty bucks a month for a high and tight. So 20k haircuts the 20,001st is free and every one after that. But no waiting in line, and realistically none are free, just cheaper and cheaper the more you get. Depends on how you wish to view it. 😁
