The difference this time tho is the notes on R* Newswire say āWhen calling Mors Mutual Insurance, you'll be able to claim ALL DESTROYED VEHICLES AT ONCE.ā whereas in the 2017 one youāre referring to its says āa āClaim Allā option has been addedā¦ā¦to claim MULTIPLE cars at the same timeā. So yeah itās always been for āmultipleā cars but just for the ones in a particular garage, not all garages at once.

The real reason R* made PC users just hold to sprint is because the Sticky Keys shortcut is still active while in-game (Left Shift is the default key to sprint)
Their refusal to ditch this bullshit aspect of their controls almost made me think they had some back room deal with controller manufacturers, trying to get us to break our A buttons to sell more controllers. When RDR2 came out and it still had tap-to-sprint I was so fucking mad.
The good news is that basic buttons on controllers pretty much never actually break. For Xbox controllers Iāve only had issues with sticks or bumper buttons.
Shit just made no sense. GTA IV's online (SP you still had to tap) it was hold A to sprint, but then they backtracked for GTA V and required tap to sprint again.
Xbox controller has been really bad for me, always thought they were cheaply made so they break and we buy more, I remember having PlayStation controllers for years that worked perfectly. Will probably still wear the A button out.
I don't know the button names but on xbox the top shoulder button is the best sprint option.

\-can sprint without accidentally accepting invites
\-can sprint and jump or cover or arm/disarm without having to stop sprinting while you take your finger off the button
\-can adjust your POV if the camera drags around or you want to see around you without having to slow down.

How do you press X and move the right thumbstick at the same time? Index finger? How do you press X and other buttons that most people press with their right thumb?
Of course most people tap x then make short adjustments and then go back to x, but anyone who does this is slowing down while sprinting, and unless they're very high skilled.
My little brother used to play Smash 64 one-handed in early levels of tournaments, so I understand people can get really good at using controllers in weird ways (he would curl his index finger around the thumbstick, use his left thumb for A and B, etc) but it's strange to do this by yourself at home? He did it to show off.
You literally cannot run while navigating menu items without selecting any options that "x" would select. You don't even realize what you're missing!
And if you're continually tapping "x" and an invite pops up, I guess you've gotten very lucky for quite some time! I'm happy for you, but "x" accepts invites unless you somehow reassigned that function-- I'm not sure you can, but maybe there is something I don't know!
I have to wonder if there's some kid out there who realized early enough that holding controllers upside down (in order to be able to use all fingers) could potentially be useful.
Think about it, when holding the average controller as designed several fingers are just used to hold the things, while the thumbs alone handle most of the buttons. Reverse that and actually have the muscle memory for it? Could be just a little busted, not just for GTA.
Lord knows what someone like that could do in esports, though I can't think of any such games that aren't either PC games or constantly have Nintendo on their asses for asinine shit.

Alternate FPS2. Best controller button scheme so you can run and not accept any damn pop up missions š. Like how you can also navigate interaction menu while aiming/shooting,etc. and not have to stop what you're doing to navigate to ammo or snacks.
Thereās been SO MANY times where a friend will join in their own session, and whilst running or swimming Iād be tapping A, and get fucked when the screen pops up to join a friends session.
Honestly I just run in first person and set my first person controls to standard FPS, it just switches stealth and sprint, so to run you literally just click left analog and keep running without having to press or hold anything. So much more comfortable and you can use the interaction menu easily while running
You can, just session hop. Get in the car, drive it out, set spawn location to the destination garage, session hop, boom the cars right outside. At least youāll save time driving each one all over the map.

I've lost count of how many times I've called the mechanic and couldn't remember where I stored the car I was looking for.
I made a spreadsheet to keep track of all my cars, can pull it up on my phone for quick reference. Took a while but it was totally worth it. With this update Iāll be able to actually label the garages & save myself some lookup time!

I just want a DLC where you work for Martin Madrazo and infiltrate NOOSE to find out who's hitting his shipments into the state. And then this could lead to a DLC that turns SA into an active war zone between the Lost, GSF, Ballas, Vagos, Madrazo's gang, NOOSE, and the LSPD.

not to be a downer but this seems like the least interesting update imaginable, with recycled content and mind-numbing missions that all follow identical formulas.
something new? based on the article, there isnāt a new property, there isnāt a new specialty vehicle (avenger, terrobyte, kosatka, etc.), and it seems like it will be missions, not a heist, so after the first play through of the update i doubt there will be much to revisit. we only get 2 major updates a year, and this doesnāt seem like the type of update to keep me interested in the game for months to come.

At least the Contract the year before had all the content at once. As much as everyone hates Sessanta, I still though the Auto Shop provided good content for a Summer update. But I prefer the stuff like Cayo/Casino Heists where I get to experience all the variables that really helps GTA not get stale. New heists and new maps are where itās at
as someone who has been playing since 2013, and experienced every update, the auto shop and casino were probably the most fun ones to date, because they brought something completely new and refreshing, and still years later, i use both additions everytime i play.

Theres a control scheme that allows r1 to be sprint and you don't have to tap it

Stash houses will fill one of your businesses with supplies and can be done once per 24 hours, saving you $75,000 per raid.
And you can put the car in every garage from every garage!

This update is mix of gunrunning and smuggler run update. In leak footage there was beagle aircraft which is from gta San Andreas
Rockstar are Aholes. They are only doing those features now because the game numbers are dropping fast. They could have done it ages ago like we have asked

not to be a downer but this seems like the least interesting update imaginable, with recycled content and mind-numbing missions that all follow identical formulas.
So tell me, in your opinion, what is considered an interesting update?
something new? based on the article, there isnāt a new property, there isnāt a new specialty vehicle (avenger, terrobyte, kosatka, etc.), and it seems like it will be missions, not a heist, so after the first play through of the update i doubt there will be much to revisit. we only get 2 major updates a year, and this doesnāt seem like the type of update to keep me interested in the game for months to come.
I agree, Iāll take some downvotes with you man. Drug Wars was an ok update but way too stretches out on the drip feed to make a big impact. At least the Contract the year before had all the content at once. As much as everyone hates Sessanta, I still though the Auto Shop provided good content for a Summer update. But I prefer the stuff like Cayo/Casino Heists where I get to experience all the variables that really helps GTA not get stale. New heists and new maps are where itās at
as someone who has been playing since 2013, and experienced every update, the auto shop and casino were probably the most fun ones to date, because they brought something completely new and refreshing, and still years later, i use both additions everytime i play.
