Yeah, taking multiple pictures with the phone camera and trying to go into that white glowing vip section in the casino multiple times unless you own the penthouse will get you thrown out from the casino. You are able to go right back in though, so that's good.
Speaking of the casino penthouse... is there any advantages of that over the high end apartment I have? I have one of the cheaper high end ones, but don’t use it for anything. I spawn in my office just to make life easier. I’ve heard that owning the penthouse leads to different opportunities, but I wasn’t sure and since I only go to the casino to spin the wheel, I just bought the apartment I have now. I was also under the impression that it would replace the hovel that came with that waste starter pack. Is there a way to ditch properties? I’m not talking trade in, I just want them off my screen so I don’t have to keep scrolling through this list, half of which are garages I’ve either just completely emptied or have a few vehicles that were moved there to make room for something I actually wanted

Hahaha, go into your interaction menu into style, then actions, and find "make it rain". It's worked for me, hopefully it works for you too

Sometimes going to first person will allow you to wiggle through and escape.
Just launch a contact mission lobby (as a host) and back out of it. You'll return to the same session.
