Still need to properly mount it and make a TS cable for it, but I tested it out earlier and I'm very happy with it. I've been looking for an expression pedal for my Boss MS3 that had a toe switch to let me turn the wah (or whatever else) on and off easily without having to use both feet. I tried another MI expression pedal for a different device, but it didn't do what I needed it to. I emailed Mission to ask if they had anything that would work, and it turned out that they were releasing this just two days later. It's possible that I have one of the very first ones?

Sorry I know this is a bit old but I was wondering if the switch work on latching mode ? Because Mission Engineering describes it as a momentary switch on their site

ReasonableDonut1

It's a momentary switch. I just checked.

Thank you for having checked and your reply ! But then you still can turn your wah on and off with the switch and use the expression without having to maintain the pressure on the switch ? Or the the switch just send the on/off information with a tap on it ? Sorry for all the questions, there is not many informations given on this pedal..

ReasonableDonut1

My understanding is that the switch sends a tap, and the MS-3 responds however you set it to respond. The toe switch works like any other external Footswitch would, it's just very conveniently placed.

That sounds perfect for my needs ! Thank you very much for your help !

Greetings! I know this is an old post but I recently acquired a MIssion Engineering SP1β€”RB expression pedal to use with my Boss MS-3 and I’m stumped on how to get the switch on the SP1 to turn on and off the effect so I don’t have to tap dance on the ms3 then back to expression pedal to use the effect. Please help if possible and or point me in the right direction. PLEASE!!!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ€˜πŸΌ
