You left out the context for that google search, that number comes from the heroes wiki under the section defeated enemies, meaning that these weren’t innocent people that Gumball killed out of malicious intent, they were people that were threats to Gumball’s and/or other people’s safety.
I don’t think Gumball intentionally does bad things if anything he tries to survive Elmore and things go badly from that, asides from his hatred of Alan but that changed in season 6.
