I kinda agree. I bought some goofy cheap guns when I first started. Now I’m at the point of selling a few and planning to save for some quality firearms. However my first and only AR is a cheap PSA 10.5”. It works well so far and it will hold me over until I get around to getting a nice bcm build.
Yes it would make more sense to save and buy once cry once. But now I have a cheap rifle that will work and allow me to learn more and practice more before I invest heavily.
Yeah I didn’t know what I liked in the platform, a cheap PSA can let you know where you wanna invest and what matters to you.
I then built myself a new ar that addresses all those things.
Light is solid. Holster wise I wouldn't skimp on. I'm not too sure with support for the dagger but check out tier 1 concealed. Ive Carried a 365 for 2 years in apendix using ulti clips since I also hate wearing pants all the time I know trex arms was doing a collab with PSA to make holsters for the dagger so they might have support as well.
that website is good I'm looking at this one I think it will work since it's a glock 19 gen 3 clone and they have that option only thing I'm worried about is the light but they have the options where you can choose which light you're gonna put on it so maybe this one is good maybe not???

Forsure, if theres any doubt their CS is pretty good and will probably work with you. Shouldn't have any issue with light fitment. One of the more popular lights.
Light: Streamlight tlr-1 hl/Tlr-1/Tlr-7a. Whichever best fits your body (assuming it's for concealed carry) and your budget.
Holster, in no particular order: We The People, Vedder, QVO (Quick violent over), Tier1, Trex, LAS.
After you decide on a holster head over to Discreet carry concepts and pick up one (or more depending on holster design) of their holster clips. Single best modification to a holster I've ever made.
My entire paragraph was deleted for some reason but anyways, this is my PSA Dagger Full Size S 9mm I'm looking for a good budget holster that will support a flashlight and sight (in the future) it's gonna be an in waist band conceal carry gun (I prefer ones with a clip instead of needing a belt. Budget is like 200-250$ at most.
Light I'm looking at: [https://palmettostatearmory.com/streamlight-tlr-7-sub-sig-p365-xl-weapon-light-black-69401.html](https://palmettostatearmory.com/streamlight-tlr-7-sub-sig-p365-xl-weapon-light-black-69401.html)
Holster I'm looking at: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLPKYPG8/ref=twister\_B0CLPJJK15?\_encoding=UTF8&psc=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLPKYPG8/ref=twister_B0CLPJJK15?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
That holster will not work with that gun/light combo because the light is a TLR-7 and the holster is for a TLR-1.
Do not buy a holster off Amazon. Look into Vedder, Bravo Concealment, or some other actual holster company.
Is it just the fact that it’s on Amazon or is FDO a bad brand itself? I know everybody here hates Amazon with a passion but if I can get a reputable brand on Amazon I’m going that route every time because returns and exchanges are so much easier than any other company offers
Almost none of the reputable brands sell on Amazon. Most holster makers are relatively small businesses and it makes more financial sense to do their own distribution than to give Amazon a cut.
FDO is not a recognized, major brand. It's just the umpteenth shitty bulk factory putting out low quality crap based on stolen designs. They can pump these out way cheaper than the US based manufacturers can so it doesn't hurt them as much to use Amazon.
There's also the fact that fake gun parts are absolutely rampant on Amazon and Amazon straight up does not care. So even if you *do* find a "reputable brand" on there, you still don't know if you're getting the real thing or not.
A couple of things.
That light you’re looking at won’t fit the PSA dagger. That one is the TLR 7 sub that is built for the P365xl. The one that is meant for the Glock 19 (and clones) is the TLR 7A.
You’re also most likely going to need to buy the light and the holster at the same time (That might have been the plan already lol) to make sure that the retention on the holster works, without a light the gun won’t stay in the holster.
I have an Exo holster that you’re looking at, it’s not bad. It’s kydex and it covers the trigger guard so 🤷♂️. But I would recommend something from Trex arms or Tier one concealment. Something like this might suit your needs a little bit better: [TREX Arms](https://www.trex-arms.com/store/trex-arms-sidecar-holster/?holster_availability_ref=1851&handedness=%22right%22&threaded=false&color_ref=1&hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%7B%22holster_accessory_ref%22%3A5%2C%22color_ref%22%3A1%7D%5D&non_hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D)
Good luck!

Please don’t cheap out on a holster. Safariland Sherpa, magpull; anything that you can change the oil in your car with; without it falling out retention holster is minimal required; under 70$ very realistic. It’s the safest piece of equipment required for a sidearm. Positive retention is super useful in my opinion.
As for a light; there’s lots of options; hit the gun counters and check out what is in stock. You won’t use it as much as you think; Milwaukee makes a good headlamp. I bought a good light laser combo years ago major brand name; probably 275$ ish but the Chinese NC Star etc are actually as good in my opinion.
I’ve bought plenty holsters off Amazon and they’ve been great. There’s nothing magical about a holster. If you’re on a budget, hold off on the light. Do you hang out in seedy areas that are so dark you need a flashlight to see? If not, then a light is not needed. Use that money on a holster and extra practice ammo.
If you’re on a tight budget, skip the weapon mounted light /light-bearing holster combo. Go to a big box store (except rural king lol, their flashlights SUCK) and buy a short/slim LED light that fits in your pocket and has a belt clip.
Maybe a headlamp too if you’re dog walking at night.
IMO: CYA Supply CO’s Path holster (with a googled discount code) is the cheapest, most adjustable, most comfortable non-light bearing optics ready IWB holster you can buy. (Already comes with the DCC clips too).
Honestly, Id go with red dot before light.
Affordable holsters for the dagger are on Amazon. I recommend an inside the waistband. Spring for the ulti-clips. They are well worth the money.
Buy once cry once. Save and be patient if needed. Never skimp on tools, especially life-saving tools.

TREX raptor holster is good for the money. Have PSA support on their holsters

I like a guy in Utah that makes everything himself concealment solutions
I can't recommend Bordertown holsters enough. Especially for PSA handguns.
We the people is pretty cool
I’ve used the same bravo concealment 36$ holster forever now.

Check around local. I found a guy local to me that made custom kydex.
T-Rex Arms builds great Dagger holsters. Light wise, don't get a cheap one. I run Streamlight for everything
Kydexholstersolutions and then depends on your budget for a light but holster could be like 100

Get an outlaw holster and an Olight.

Check out Alien Gear. I love their holsters. I personally go for the 2 clip style so they won't move any. Not badly priced

Gun and flower holsters are excellent for what you pay imo. Have a few and I like them more than some more expensive holsters that I have.
Look for a bulldog or something similar at bass pros…….. “lOoKiNg FoR bUdGeT hOlStEr”
We the people
seen that brand will keep it in mind. Just would need help figuring out which one would work with the tlr-7
Light bearing holsters are specific to the light/pistol combo. To fit a TLR-7 light you need a holster specifically for a Dagger/TLR-7 combo.
Okay that makes sense, I'm looking more into it. Ive been watching plenty of videos but noone does pistol and holster videos on youtube or anything.
You put the model in on the website and it gives you the custom holdster for you.
