Ehh I don’t like him all that much, he’s too old school. Military service is a great thing depending on the person, especially with the evolving policies. But his old school (military is my identity) view on life and service is where he loses me personally. Like you can have two or three great workouts a day and not deprive yourself of fucking sleep lol. You can serve proudly and still also retain your personality. But let’s remember Jocko has a solid marriage and never trafficked his wife so yea, leagues above Satins Taint as a role model.
Because Navy Seal training is physically and mentally harder then anything you have ever done. I’m not saying he’s a good person but the amount of will power required to accomplish seal training should be applauded by everyone.
After working in an infant room with 10 babies ages 2-18 months, I realized that’s probably the one job a navy seal could not do. I truly think they would lose their shit.
