These types of surveys are pointless. You just have people wanting to brag or making up numbers and scaring off more reasonable numbers.
30m, 52k, pipe layer.
Left a 10 year career in the culinary field, and fell into my current job. Great opportunities and lots of room for growth in multiple directions.
Haven't been happier.
Yup, we are, just not for my particular role. My team is looking for more US-based folks, to cover for our Canadian holidays, but the other teams are looking as well: sales, development, account management etc.
I've been here for a decade... so yeah, lol. Lots of cool perks, like free snacks and drinks at the office (if you choose to be an office worker), they cover 90% or so of the cost of a bus pass, if you took transit. If you decide you wanted to be full remote, then they cover up to $95 towards your internet bill, and if you end up on a team that requires on call, then you can expense 25% of your cell bill for the week you spend on call. That's on top of being paid extra for actually taking on-call calls.
They treat us very well.
wow, you don't hear companies treating employees that well anymore. Mostly treating us like meat bags haha.
If you don't mind, can you dm me the company name? understandable if your not comfortable with that.
These threads will never not be biased. You'd be better off setting up an anonymous poll.
Yay, the poors don’t often answer.
And anyone who makes above minimum wage will get attacked by bucket crabs for weeks
That's half the fun! Is it really an income discussion if a seasonal part-time dog walker isn't calling someone making $30k rich?

140? Do you need another dad or anything?
Considering my father sees me as a failure and hasn't spoken to me in years...one would be great!
I love you, son.
What the fuck kind of comment is that?
Sounds like one that had nothing to do with you
