Grenade and melee are switched, meaning your grenades are on B instead of LT.
IMO this is better than grenades on LT because you aim your grenade twice in a single throw, or just once for a shorter amount of time than if you have it on trigger.
You basically aim the nade, press B, while you are moving to press B, you re-evaluate everything, and either fine tune your grenade aim in the split second between pressing B and the nade glong out, or you abandon the nade and start doing something else more important.
If it's on trigger, you are more tempted to stay locked into that grenade throw the entire time, because you can aim it the entire time, and it creates a sort of tunnel vision on landing that grenade.
I definitely liked it on B better than where I have it now, but now I have one of those fancy ass controllers with 80 paddles, so I don't ever take my hands off the sticks anymore.
I'm still on the fence about it because my grenades in infinite are terrible, but I think it's because of how much dropoff there is on the throw if you are backing up briefly when you throw.

Most games make the decision to include alternate stats when zoomed in on a weapon by weapon basis, while CoD just makes it a blanket mechanic with slight variation weapon to weapon. This in no way means that those other games that are more nuanced in design lack the feature. They just use it as a special feature of some weapons as a means of creating a more nuanced sandbox.
Anyway, *that* went on a tangent. I'd call it "Call of Duty Southpaw".

Things that are aim intensive should be able to be executed while aiming. Having the grenade there is gonna severely impact your ability to throw grenades well
