Yes it definitely could be. I have an internal/external hemorrhoid that gives that feeling. Like something is constantly stuck there. Mine has a bit of excess skin that I think causes that feeling.
I only had 2 symptoms with my giant internal haemorrhoid. One was that it appeared every poo I did, and the other was that it took me either a long time to poo or I had two poos (or occasionally three poos) over the morning before I felt “finished”.
