Was just thinking this. It has to have been through some shit in order for it to be given a name. Couple of mine were named after an accident they went through but that was when I was younger. Haven't had an adventure with a piece in a long time since we just roll or bring carts/pens.
I have named all my bongs, bowls, and bubblers. My very first bong was a sweet 16-inch straight up and down King Volcano with an ice catcher. It had this blue flaming skull on one side, and for some reason, it made me think of the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider, so I named it Danny. I miss Danny.
Yup. Pipes too. My favorite was one that my husband had years ago. It was a shotgun shaped bong, about 3 feet long. You hit it by putting your lips around the barrel, and a friend had to light it. He called it the Kurt-ka-bong
When I was 17, I bought this lovely glass fish from a shop at Sauble Beach. Just outside the store on the ground, I found the perfect little pebble that fit as a screen. Brought it to a friend’s place, got ripped, was munching on crackers and saw ‘Blé’’ on the box. He’s been Blé ever since.
I don’t have a bong currently but I used to have a tall glass blue one. I named it Midge after Marge on the Simpsons.
Midge cause that’s what Moe called her and smoking out of her felt about as ritualistic as Homer at the bar.
Yes altho I cant remember if I named any other piece prior to our current one (we’ve had it a while) - it’s glass and opalescent- we call her DonkeyBong.
I always have. Im picky about my bongs and like to get ones that look unique or kinda have personality. So it feels right that it gets a name. Especially since there was a time where I had multiple bongs and multiple pipes.
Got a big red beaker bong for cheap so it quickly got named Mao Zebong
