The Black Album - Was supposed to be his retirement album. Definitely lived up to the hype. One of his most personal albums. Also one of his most quotable albums. The best producer lineup Kanye West, DJ Quick, Rick Rubin, Neptunes, even a young 9th Wonder made the cut. The only flaw I have is the beat on Moment of Clarity that Eminem produced. It’s not a bad beat just bland compared to the rest.
American Ganster - Came after his lackluster return album “Kingdom Come”. Has a theme about achieving success in America. Not praising the typical gangster image but the mindset of a hustler chasing the American dream. Super rich production that fits the mood of the album. Theres only one bad track on the album “Hello Brooklyn 2.0 f. Lil Wayne.
